Officially, they don't like shorts at dinner but we did see a small number of men wearing them. Apart from that it's casual especially at breakfast. Most men wore long trousers & shirts or tees at dinner while most women got dressed up a bit. (It was noticeable at the Levante further along the road that some people had come off a cruise ship & were stylishly dressed for dinner.)
