Stayed in this hotel for 3 days, good size room and really clean, comfy bed, breakfast is better than average, large shopping centre on the door step should you have some money to burn, including massive supermarket and cinema, loads of restaurants for just about any taste.Would have no problem coming back again.

I stayed for a 3 night business trip. The hotel was ideally located for my needs but probably not if I was visiting to see more of Porto itself. The reception staff were friendly, room was large and room service satisfied my needs. All in all a very good hotel and very good value for money.

We booked this hotel( via a third party) a good 6 months before arriving in September, all looked good after a 180 mile motorcycle ride, booked into our room and was overwhelmed by the stench from smokers fumes. We are not smokers and brought this to the reception staff, they were not the least interested and all they said was...

The hotel is anything but Centro. You cannot walk into the center from there. Otherwise good, Mercure standard. Service is good too. Next to it is a big mall that is open till late in the night. Nice hotel for a stay before the flight back next morning due to proximity to airport but not to visit Porto quickly in...

We stayed at this great hotel during our recent family trip to Porto, Portugal. This hotel is not in the city center and therefore is quiet and you can actually find free parking outside or in the hotel's garage for 5 Euros per day. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. It...

Hotel is very close to the highway. Not so close to the city centre. If you have a car, then its a good option. Very attractive ambiance. Free car park. Close to a shopping mall. Very well trained staff. Rooms are large and equipped with all the facilities. Bottom line: 9 on 10.

Chose this hotel because it appeared to be in a quiet area and it was. Short taxi ride to the river and the port wine cellars. Very clean. Room was spacious and well appointed. We actually upgraded to a privilege room and fully recommend it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful and served between 6.30 and 11 am. The...

Nice clean hotel, good quality spacious room. Staff very helpful, all spoke good English. Ideally located with a Holmes Place health club next door, and a large shopping mall with numerous restaurants less than 400 yards from the entrance.
