A hotel in a beautiful building but needs improvements to offer a good service. The rooms have no air conditioning and the bathrooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. I was a week in full board and did not regret . Despite the variety not be much the making has quality and service is very good. The same applies to the rest of the team , attentive and good professionals . The pool serves the needs need , however , for maintenance.

the hotel is not far away from Bussaco forest, the location is good but the hotel is basic, the parking is on the street, Street being inclined it is hard with the luggage, the wifi works in the lobby only

The hotel is quite big, the hall is beautiful, but too much climbing to see the centre. Its far from everything. The rooms are old fashioned. The rooms 413 411 have good views. But only part of the centre. The even rooms have bad view of the pool. Food is nice, buffet, but too repetitive. Breakfast has no bacon, and just crambled eggs. Some Tourist information on request.

Hotel located at the top of the Village of Luso, slightly away from center. Nevetheless and given the small size of the locality, it is easy to walk around. Staff friendly and efficient, check in without problems, rooms fairly spacious, however they need to be modernized. We were given two beds, that had to be joined. Superb view in the room where we were. Very reasonable dinner and breakfast. If the rooms weren't so outdated, we would have this hotel as a great option to spend a pleasant weekend for two.
