Beautiful hotel, large bedroom with lovely balcony view. Large comfy bed. Very pleasant stay here. Very nice breakfast taken in a very nice room which had the windows open as the weather so good. Reception lady very pleasant and helpful. Local bus took us into Funchal. Last morning was spent walking around Machico. Had very pleasant evening meals in local...

Overall a nice visit in a clean room with good service. It got a bit weird at the start when the hotel manager wanted us to pay in advance, but the regular staff was really nice. There is parking but it's not convenient as you have to walk around the block to get to the garage, and there is only...

Stayed here our first and last nights on Madeira. Convenient as it's close to the airport. Slept with the window open and heard the ocean which is a block away. Very friendly staff and a good restaurant. Would definitely return.

A small but very pleasant hotel . Rooms clean and spacious. The hotel is close to beach, shops and restaurants. Personal nice, breakfast too . Nothing to complaints /maybe pool/. But otherwise a great choice.

We have just spent a week in the White Waters Hotel. It is a small hotel lacking some of the facilities of the larger hotels but that is reflected in the price. The staff were very attentive and obliging, the food was nice and rooms comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located for the beach, the small village centre and public...

We arrived in a small group to stay at the hotel for a week. Very good first impression, with friendly staff, nice and clean everywhere. Some hard mattresses. Cold in the room, and we got a heater for 4 days. No air conditioning. Poor water pressure in the shower. They had underground parking, but the descent was very cramped. Internet...

The manager and staff were excellent, pleasant, helpful and considerate. Well worth another visit. I was concerned about the noise levels from the nearby airport, but found that there was not a problem. The hotel is shielded from the airport by a hill and only if the aircraft are taking off over the bay (which is rare) is there any...
