We had booked a basic s/c holiday nearer to Faro but it was not ready at the last moment so we booked this. Not obviously wonderful from the street or first experience at reception. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day . Fresh bed sheets every second day . No particular view from our window but 150 yards from the...

Very nice hotel stayed there last saturday night for one night.Hotel was very clean friendly staff. Unfortunately we were in room 114 which has a flat roof over the reception. On the roof there is a large extraction fan and my guess is that there is a bearing gone as we had this awful wining noise all night. To be fair we...

Just returned from a week here. It was booked at the last minute so it was a bit of a lucky dip. The hotel was clean and welcoming as were the staff. The breakfast was good with a good selection of Continental and British food. There was a coffee machine as well as filter coffee. There was even packets of...

Immaculate hotel. Our room was very clean and everyday we had clean towels etc., The staff are very friendly. We only had breakfast, and there was plenty to choose from. It's very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Definetly stay here again.

Just got home from a wonderful 7 night stay at Quarteira Sol. It is centrally located. Not a lot of nightlife around but we were there in the off season. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We had the half board plan . Breakfast was extensive and very good. Dinner is a set menu with salad , a soup,...

Nice hotel ,very friendly staff , breakfast fine can't comment on other meals. Was disappointed @not having balcony, but could see the sea from window on 7th floor. No English tv in room. Mini fridge also in room. Bus stop over the road takes you to vilormoria and albufuria , tramps are sleeping on benches and urinating in corner ?...

Just back from Quarteira Sol having spent Christmas there. A very nice quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location. Only criticism would be a very limited choice of menu with the evening meal. Understandable as very few guests but food was very well presented and well cooked. Bus station directly across from the hote for local areas...

Well, finished hotel. Pleasant rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Just a few yards from the seafront in centre of town. Bus station just 80 yards away. Breakfast has same problem as most Portuguese hotels, awful bacon and poor sausages. Otherwise quite a spot for your holiday.
