Quiet hotel, near the center, unfortunately no parking which is paid (blue), not easy by the way, does not work the pos, only accepts coins. The staff is very nice, the room was clean although a bit old, they could improve at least the shower and some small accessories to make everything more comfortable. For one or two nights, that's fine anyway, I don't want to give an undeserved negative judgment. Not present night porter.

Stayed here for a few days following extensive research on tripadvisor and seeing some good reviews. Should have looked elsewhere. The hotel was hard to find to start as Number 30 Col di Lana is the address of a large farmhouse some 200 meters away. We went there and we were advised by the owner that it was NOT the hotel. Also, on the edge of town not as close to the old trulli area as advertised therefore since we are both somewhat senior, we had to drive to the trulli almost every time. Also room quite small with a step into the bathroom that, during the night, can be an hazard. Also room very dark with lightning minimal to the point that we couldn't read at all in bed. When I discussed this with the owner I was dismissed by him saying, well I don't understand, I have two bulbs on the ceiling light. No chair by the small desk/TV stand. Electric plugs away from bed or desk so it was not possible to charge cellphone and use it at the same time. Breakfast one of the worst of our 2 weeks trip in the area. Mainly prepackaged small and stale croissants. Most the time we just had coffee and yogurt. A kind of cheap atmosphere. Water kept on the bar; milk given if asked and not left on the table. Honestly, if not too much trouble we would have tried to find different accommodations. Sorry owners but that the way we feel. Should have rated lower but...

Our stay at the Hotel Airone was a bit of a disappointment after reading the very good reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel is located near the train station on the edge of town and was a bit difficult to find by car. However, it is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the Trulli district. The hotel was clean and the facilities were well kept. The rooms were large, as were the bathrooms. The problems that I had with the place were, first, service was rather indifferent, especially the lady the served the breakfast. Also, this was undoubtedly the worst breakfast we had during our 20 day stay in Italy. It consisted of pre-packaged dry toast and sweet rolls. The other problem I had with the hotel was that there was no air conditioning and it was quite warm during our stay. All in all, I would look elsewhere for a place to stay during our next visit to Alberobello.

Booked through booking.com, but it would have been better booking direct. Pleasant enough hotel close to the station and railway line, we think we heard trains passing in the night, which would be surprising as its only a single track, local line, but even so, it was certainly no bother. The room was a double, generous size, very clean [we did the Three In A Bed smear test?] all happy. Bathroom was good size, hot shower, whats not to like. The corridor was clean, lots of nice old pics of Alberobello and a welcoming reception. The porter [also the owner I think] was very chatty and a good host. The breakfast was downstairs in the bar between 8 and 10. Coffee, juice, yoghurt, pastries, biscuits, fruit, a continental. The hotel was 5 mins from the centre, close by to a petrol station, and the trulli were close by too. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, but tight bathroom accommodations. Breakfast buffet was generous with a nice assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice and coffee. Best to arrive on time for seating and available food choices.

One caveat: noise echoes throughout! I could hear conversation in adjacent room and loud voices from lobby from a group of individuals laughing and conversing for approximately two hours. Our room was on upper floor.

Right next to the train station and a short walk to Alberobello center.
Great big room with AC and very clean.
Breakfast was excellent- juice, fruit, pastries and even coffee made to order.
Michele is fantastic and helped us a lot when we were trying to organize our day trip to Matera.
Great place run by very friendly and helpful people.
Definitely recommended

Hotel Airone is located beside Alberobello train station and offers a good accommodation at an affordable price.
Rooms’ furniture doesn’t fit the latest design trends but tidiness is without any doubt a top priority for hotel staff so you will pleasantly surprised by how immaculate and clean rooms are.
Breakfast buffet is pretty good and offers yogurt, fresh fruits, pastries, the typical cookies from Alberobello and juice plus excellent coffee and cappuccino.
City centre is quite near.
Hotel is family owned and operated: another good reason to choose this accommodation.
Highly recommended!

It's a cute hotel managed by a nice couple. Although the English language is not their strong side they were very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located on the side of old part and you can reach both tourist attractions and restaurants in just few minutes. The room was clean and big enough. And the price very reasonable.

Let me once again send my sincere thank the the owners of the hotel (both couples). I cannot get my lagguages upon my arrival at Miland airport because there are some problems of flight connection between Beijin and Miland. I kept calling the "Lost and Found" office so as to get my lagguage back but failed. It was my third day also the last day at Italy; thus, I had to make sure where was my lagguag and got back for my stop at Albania. The owners of the hotel asked me to use the phone for 2 hours which made them a bit inconvenience of business. They tried to contact airports at different places to ensure someone help to give me back the lagguage. They know a little english but use the translation software to make my communication work. I finally get the lagguage with their KINDEST ASSITANCE. They eventually teach me how to get the transportation back to the airport with the assistance of a young guy (may be their son) who speaks perfect english. I always travel but YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HELP ME WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS. THANK, TAKE CARE.

Good Location: 5 minutes from the station; 5 minutes walk to attractions
Cleaningness: Good
Food: Good coffee and simple but good breakfast

由於北京到米蘭的航班問題,行理寄失了,店主夫婦用了2小時以上協助,在影響他們工作下仍借電話給的聯絡,最後找到了,還請人教我最好的方法到機場。他們不懂英文用翻譯器與我溝通。

We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Airone and enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet and big room, with a nice terrace with view on some trulli. Minibar in the room. No waterboiler in the room, but when you need hot water for tea, just ask it and you get it.Friendly owners. A short walk from the trainstation and the centre of Alberobello. Good buffetbreakfast, juice, different sorts of pastries and bread, jam, choco, fresh fruits, yogurt....The cappuchino is brought to your table. Very good price/quality. Recommended!

Alberobello si può visitare tranquillamente a piedi . Io l'ho fatto con una bambina di 3 anni. Fasano dista circa 15 km . Non mi hanno applicato nessuno sconto in particolare per lo zoo safari
