One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever slept in. First of all the staff, very kind and very prepared. They play with the children (upon our arrival, the girl started playing with the child with the reception bell), tourists give a map of the place and indicate the places to visit, to warm the food / milk to the children take two seconds, in short, really compliments. For the room, beautiful, impeccably clean, very spacious with the balcony that has a beautiful view. Large and well-lit bathroom. The restaurant room very spacious and the breakfast very varied with the sweet and salty part, for drinks they prepare them. Strategic location and very close to the historic center of the trulli (10 minutes walk). In short, such a hotel would recommend it to an entire Italy.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Staff very helpful rooms very clean and a very good breakfast. One can book the dinner at the hotel. With a little cost of 5 euro a night one can book a paking space in the garage but there is a parking space outside for free.

He spent two nights on a tour of southern Italy. About a 10-minute walk to the center of Alberobello. It's not a good location, but it's almost a single road, so you don't get lost, and if you think it's a walk, it's not that far. It's a small hotel, but the lobby and rooms are pleasantly well-decorated. The simple modern feel is like a Japanese Dormy Inn. Superior Room) with twin beds. Clean, easy to use and somehow calming. There are few amenities, but well, if you can sleep comfortably, so be it.

We stayed at this property. Really convenient location. Ideal for walking and getting to the center. We chose it mainly for the guarded parking with a convenient garage. Super comfortable room. Very clean. Very friendly receptionist, immediately explained, through a map, how to get to the center and what things to do once you arrive. We had a great time. We will be back to visit you! Super recommended!

On our journey around southern Italy day number 8 and hotel number 4. This was the most expensive hotel for us at 2 nights for 260 Euros. First impressions were not good. At the hotel reception the man registering was not that friendly. He showed us to our room which was basic. View outside was a wall. There was no instructions for wi fi or meal times so after he abruptly left us I called down to ask, again very abruptly. We decided to go down for a drink could not find a bar, but two coach loads of people being shown into the dining room. We did ask the receptionist for recommendations for somewhere to eat. He was quiet helpful and showed us a map on how to get into the little town of Alberobello. We had a lovely meal and short stroll round the town. Next morning we ventured downstairs for breakfast. The times were 7.30 to 9.30. We got down at 8.45 am after the coach loads has left. The breakfast was appalling, nothing was covered and it was all dry. The bread was hard meats warm cakes dry. We spent a lovely day in Alberobello had a lovely lunch in a small deli. Next day we went down for breakfast at 7.45. My husband went looking for a hard boiled egg they were all gone but the restaurant manager offered to prepare one for him. We waited in the mean time the coach driver came in the manager was fussing around him and gave him the hard boiled egg he had prepared for my partner. We did not wait but left the restaurant. We got our bags and left. The lady on reception was very nice. This hotel has lots of coaches . But they forget about their couple guest. Would Visit Alberobello again but would stay elsewhere maybe in one of their little house.

we are really happy that you liked alberobello and the friendliness of our staff ... we have difficulty in understanding your comments on the rooms with the wall and we have difficulty in understanding the comments on breakfast because it is full of homemade desserts and many others delights. However we are always happy with the fact that Alberobello liked it and we cordially greet you deepening the details of his review

But I am giving it two stars because it can always be worse. There were no cockroaches. Otherwise there isn't really anything to commend the place.
The beds were uncomfortable.
Breakfast was inedible (really inedible; stale pastries, old eggs).
Checkout is obscenely early for a hotel, 10am.
The idea that this is a "4 star" hotel is a joke. I've stayed in more luxurious youth hostels.
If reception had been friendly, maybe the stay would've been less awful. Reception wasn't friendly.
The icing was that my kids were given a bunk bed and the ladder literally fell off the bed. So there were no cockroaches, but it was hardly safe.
To say it was the worst hotel we stayed in during our time in Puglia is a great disservice to the other hotels. It wasn't just worst, it was 100 times worse.
Really really bad.
Don't stay here.
Don't tell your friends to stay here

Sarebbe bellissimo sapere in quale hotel siete realmente staIt would be great to know in which hotel you have been. Looking at the other reviews you are a jarring span in a violin concert. we do not understand but anyway, in a cordial way, we wish you every best.

This is a fairly new hotel about a 10 minute walk to the city center. The rooms have a nice balcony and the staff is nice...BUT:
The breakfast does not include any hot items. The bread was stale. The juice was watered down. Food ran out after a large tour group finished.
The room only had two plastic glasses. No kettle for hot water. No pencil or paper. A thermostat that had a mind of its own. A hairdryer that worked for only 30 seconds at a time. With the exception of a shower cap, no other items such as lotion in the bathroom.

There are times, unfortunately, where a review has to trend toward the negative. This falls in this category. While relatively new, and clean, the hotel lacks in ambiance and gives a "cold", institutional feeling . While the dinner menu was acceptable, the breakfast menu left a lot to be desired. If you are in to fruit and pastry, or pastry and fruit, this is the place to go There were no eggs of any kind, no meats or cereals . There also seemed to be a lack of sufficient personnel to handle the number of diners.
