I would argue that the location of the hotel makes it the best place to stay. Located at the top of the main Trulli street, the hotel itself has a Trulli roof. An old monastery and attached to a church it is very picturesque. The rooms are simple and clean, with wifi throughout although the signal is not very strong,... More

This is a good hotel for the money in a perfect location in Alberobella. You get among the trullis as soon as you leave the hotel, and despite there being a beer festival nearby when we stayed there it's quiet at night - apart from maybe the church clock striking the hours and quarters. We enjoyed our stay here and... More

Attached to the church, this ALBERGO was a clean, roomy and pleasant place to stay. It occupies a great location close to the town centre and just beside the Trulli houses zone. Breakfast comprised. Buffet taken in their downstairs dining room and was plentiful, good and tasty. Free WiFi available. Definitely recommended.

We impulsvely decided to stay in Alberobello, charmed by the trulli and friendiness of the people we met. Walking uphill, we saw people leaving Hotel Sant'ngelo so we inquired about a room, and felt fortunate to find one available. The receptionist was very helpful, walking with us down to the main road to guide us in our car back up... More

This is a beautiful building. I think used to be a monastery. It is within easy walking distance of the main trulli area. Dont expect a luxury chain type hotel. It is basic, clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere, quite monastic actually. The staff are lovely and the breakfast coffee some of the nicest I have had. if you... More

We had a hard time finding a hotel in Alberobello. Le Alcove had one vacancy that was very pricey and smelled of mildew. Another place where I inquired was booked. Finally I stumbled on Sant’Antonio, a former monastery next to a church with a roof consisting of several trulli. It was minimalist and the amenities were simple, even sparse. However... More

Been to Alberobello 3 weeks ago and I still can not stop talking about it. I just love Italy, especially the south. I had some problems with my baggage but as soon as I arrived to Alberobello I forget about everything. Casa Albergo Sant Antonio is very nice place and people who runs it especially Ugo and Ana are so... More

We visited the Sant'Antonio in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Then, it was a good place to stay and hence our return visits. Last year, we stayed in another, new hotel in Alberobello (extremely good rate offered) before we got to the Sant'Antonio. We were pleased to see and meet with the previous Manager of the Sant'Antonio now working here. Last... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our young child. The rooms were modern, large and clean, the bathroom incl shower was good, unfortunatly an experience rarely repeated in Italian hotels we have stayed in.The breakfast was a typical Italian affair - a little sparse! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner had some amazing photos on... More
