I stayed in this luxury hotel on 7th of December as a solo traveller while trying to discover Alberobello's magical beauty. Due to my trip plans I have a little bit early arrival to the hotel but thank god Miss Fabiana helped me with an early check in helping me to start my trip to the trullis earlier.
Let me describe the hotel facilities and services in a detailed manner:
Firstly front desk of the hotel with the management of Miss Fabiana and Miss Catia is very helpful and smiling face. My check in was very easy and quick. I was given all the necessary info during the check in and Miss Fabiana accompanied me to my place giving the required instructions. Hotel has a beautiful, clean and decorative entrance and front office.
Cleaning of the hotel and room is in its best situation and you can not find any shortcoming regarding this.
Rooms are spacious despite single rooms are a little bit smaller but they have a big bed more than enough for a single person. Beds are comfortable and you can have a nice sleep on these beds. TV size is enough and TV is smart so you can watch youtube or other stuff while staying at room including weather data and restaurants info around the hotel. Heating of the rooms are provided via electrical air conditioner but keep in mind that during cold months like December these airconditiners need to be functioning all the time as when they stop or you turn it off the room temperature gets cold very soon as you have a ceiling made of original stones which isolation systems might not be available like normal buildings inside towns. There are two bottles of complimentary water inside the room. Minibar is full of soft drinks which you can drink for reasonable prices. Unlike the amenities mentioned in my booking details there was no kettle or coffee machine available in my room but this did not turn to a problem for me at all. Miss Fabiana and Catia provided tea and coffee for me whenever I required.
Bathroom and toilet of the room was clean and well organised including dental kit, shaving kit, towels and etc. Floor of the bathroom and toilet was from original stones.
Wifi had a good speed inside the room helping me watching movie during my time inside the hotel.
Breakfast of the hotel was enough and detailed including fruit, sweets, cakes,cheese and etc. The only comment i have for breakfast is that it could include more variety of the italian cheeses. A day before, during my stay in a 4 star hotel in bari I had much better breakfast including several types of delicious italian cheese so my expectation from a 5 star hotel was more.
Location of the hotel is central and you can walk easily to the downtown within a few minutes but this has not made the hotel and its rooms as a noisy place due to good sound insulation and interior location of the rooms.
Totally I left the hotel with good moments and thanks agsin to Fabiana and Catia and management and cleaning team.

Le Alcove nei Trulli is a lovely place to base your trip to Alberobello. Very centrally located and close walking distance to everything the top was luxurious, lovely bathroom and nice bathroom amenities. A very comfortable bed and all the comforts of home.
Breakfast was fabulous, made to order by the wonderful ladies staffing the hotel. Fresh fruits, eggs, breads and pastries it kept us going till supper. And the wonderful ladies staffing the hotel could not be more accommodating. Always ready to answer any questions provide suggestions. The hotel is very lucky to have them, they are great ambassadors for the hotel.we used the garage parking one day and that worked out well. Although the next day we needed the car early before the garage opened so we had to battle the street parking. Keep in mind we were there in August and the place was packed with people. I am sure it’s probably easier other times if the year. Overall a great stay and we would return.

There are pros and cons to The Alcove, where we stayed for two nights in a cycling trip in Puglia.
Pros:
1. Central Location;
2. Pretty Decor;
3. Comfortable Bed & Pillows;
4. Friendly and Helpful Staff; and
5. Great Breakfasts.
Cons:
1. No shower, instead a handheld sprayer and tub;
2. Our room faced the busy street/pedestrian walkway, which was very loud. We were awakened early both mornings to the trash and recycling trucks.
Pros:

Talk to them about where to park especially if in anything bigger than a Punto, they get the 15 euro Parking/ TutTut up to the most delightful hotel. Articulate and helpful staff with a beautiful Trulli room. Excellent bathroom and so well situated. Alberobello is heavy on the tourists so prepare for the cruise visitors and dip out of the way.

Lovely traditional hotel with personalized service and fantastic location. Katie was extremely helpful with parking information and the breakfast room (and breakfast!) were the best we had in Italy. Definitely recommend to other visitors to the town

really a neat deal, great location and super attentive staff. Funky cave dwellers bathroom with no option for a hot shower. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. If a night in stone hut is on your list give it a try.

A very nice hotel in the middle of town at the center of everything. Our Trulli room was amazing kept the atmosphere while was modern and renovated. The staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We parked in the blue in the street just in front of the hotel

The room was clean, beautifully designed, and a Trulli house. We had a two story room which was excellent for a little private but connected space. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. And the location was fantastic.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Unique in all aspects! The staff was also incredible! We had no problems with anything. We had a smooth transition to and from the parking garage, WONDERFUL breakfast and AMAZING staff. Our room was very large and unique. It was cozy and we had everything we needed, Thank you!

Most like you will be lucky to reserve their private parking place which is just for one car only. Get in touch with the hotel directly to ask the availability for the specific date.
Buongiorno, non disponiamo di Spa. Tutti i trattamenti benessere vengono effettuati presso un Centro esterno alla nostra struttura. Provvediamo comunque ad accompagnare e riprendere i clienti.
Non hanno un ristorante. La formula è solo bed&breakfast

Trattandosi di dimora storica, non abbiamo camere attrezzate specificamente per disabili. Nel senso che non siamo dotati di scivoli o di bagni prettamente per disabili. Ma le stanze con meno scalini sono Il Cantastorie (ne ha solo due per l'accesso) e la Tessitrice (ne ha uno, quello di ingresso alla reception)!

I am sorry but we have not swimming pool. Le Alcove is located close to the main square of Alberobello, so it is not possible to have swimming pool!
