Dear Elaine, Thank you for the review of our hotel! I was disappointed to read that your stay with us was not as we would have liked it to be. I do hope that you informed our reception team regarding the doors banging and kids running about. We are always happy to ask noisy guests to remember others may be trying to sleep. I am sorry that you will not be returning to stay with us again but I will pass your comments to our Operations Manager. Regards Shane

The noise that we can hear from other rooms is a disgrace. We can hear conversations (& much more!!), doors banging and children running up the hallways. Wouldn’t stay here again for free! The walls are paper thin, can hear TVs through the walls too..going to be a long night!

Dear Mia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, Noel
