Omg we saddle up and headed to the ranch at the red cow hotel arriving in reception to find we where to be given one of the new rooms. The walk down to the lift was refreshingly exciting with beautiful new coffee type bar wafting aromas of freshly ground coffee. Opening the door to the lift area with sumptuous carpeting...

Had a business meeting here last Friday and there are nice quiet areas in at reception to talk privately in. There is a large open fire which makes it hard to want to leave. Got the pulled pork bap from the bar food menu afterwards and it was gorgeous

We had a really enjoyable lunch in the new restaurant, Tom's Table last Saturday. The service provided by Yolanda and Bruno was second to none. They were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The food was excellent. The variety of breads was really good. Two of us had celery and potato soup, and two of us had the goats cheese salad,...

Top quality hotel, really nice restaurant & bar. Rooms are pretty decent. Only drawback is that breakfast not served until 7, load of parking, steakhouse next door but I have not been so can't comment.

Comfortable and clean. The breakfasts are among the best I have ever experienced. Had a problem with our room but the problem was sorted instantly and without fuss. The foyer is welcoming and elegant of lovely design. Seems like a popular place with the Irish younger set looking for a good weekend but noise is confined and doesn't affect other...

Stayed here on business, as it was ideally located for my visit. First impressions were fabulous, staff so welcoming. I was allocated a room in the new part of the hotel, rooms were lovely, huge bed, amazing bathroom with walk in shower. Only down side, was the room is not well lit, especially when trying to work on a laptop!...

I had a suite so larger than usual room with comfortable sofa and chair, plus desk and chairs. Bed - very large and comfortable. Fixed shower over bath with curtain (yuk!) - bathroom is large enough for a separate walk in shower so that would have been better. The hotel is being extended right now with the addition of a...
