This is a massive hotel - with a spectacular salt-treated Olympic pool. They have done a great job restoring the facility and are currently adding more rooms and common spaces. Great place for a conference, yoga retreat, etc. as they have great spaces, restaurant, bar, lecture rooms, and many hotel rooms. Near the lake and walkable to all restaurants on...

We were impressed, because we booked not knowing the hotel: a drink when arriving (also for the children), a cool (temperature) breakfast room, very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff, a wonderful pool. We were very happy to have stayed here. I couldn't find a negative point if I wanted.

Twice a week I'd walk by this hotel and see people eating breakfast outside both Nica and American. My sister and I had family visiting us so we thought it was a perfect time to treat ourselves to breakfast. I got the Nica everyone else got American. A plate of fresh fruit was presented to us with slices of ripe...

I book the king colonial room last week. When I arrived here today the had given our room elsewhere! This room is disgusting. The one door opens to see a roof! I had a lake view room! Also we are now on the 3nd floor with no elevator and no one helped us with our luggage! We paid for a...

This peaceful hotel, set on the quiet end - towards Lake Nicaragua - of Granada's main tourist drag, is a huge converted old monastery with beautiful rooms for special events. Their pool is by far the largest in Granada, beautifully set amongst palms and ferns in a huge courtyard. Great restaurant, although the bar tends to close early. Very pleasant...
