The hotel is run by two sisters from San Francisco who are very hospitable and great care was put in the renovation. One of the sisters Kerry is an amazing travelers, who has been to 106 countries more or less, an I had some very interesting chats with her. The hotel is slightly overpriced in my opinion but well located...

When I visit Granada, I don't even bother staying elsewhere. I have stayed at Casa San Franciso three times since 2009, both with my family and solo, and have been delighted each time. It is small, quiet, and immaculately clean. Each room is unique and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a small, boutique hotel. The staff...

Casa San Francisco has a very attentive and friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms and a warm friendly atmosphere. Parrots and turtles enjoy the flower garden while guests enjoy their delicious meal or a beverage. Fabulous breakfast included. I was traveling with my sister who has returned numerous times. This was my first visit and I can see why this hotel...

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great free breakfast. Very, very clean. Lots of hot water. Beyond all this, one of the highlights was meeting Terry, one of the two sisters that own this hotel. She is a fascinating person who is making such a difference in Nicaragua, Pakistan (setting up girls schools) and so many other places around the world. We...

Lovely grounds, sparkling clean and cool rooms and HOT showers. Casa San Francisco was the only place we had hot water in our two week vacation so we relished every second of it. In addition, the food in the restaurant downstairs is absolutely amazing. Rooms come with full breakfasts, but you can stay and pay for dinner if that fits...

My family LOVED Casa San Francisco. We made out reservations there on the advice of friends and we were so pleased! The hotel is charming and the staff makes you feel like family. We stayed there 6 nights, and then went to another destination, and then returned to CSF for our final night. We felt like we were coming back...

This hotel was a recommendation from a colleague so I was excited to see it - and was so happy for the quaint quiet location - the city is really really HOT, but the rooms, pool and common areas are NOT! Franklin made sure I had what I needed from the bar - Elena made sure we had what we...

Boutique hotel - atually more like a hacienda - with an inviting courtyard and resident parrots. Excellent service and very helpful managaer who is knowlegeable about the area. Trips are more expensive than ones you canget elsewher. Good resraurant although more fresh fruit and variety at breakfast would be good.
