This place is beautiful! You walk in and immediately see the lovely pool (perfect for cooling down in the Nicaraguan heat). The amenities are the best of any hostel I stayed in in Central America. Free cereal with real milk! Jerry the Irish owner is very welcoming and informative and gives you a map when you check in and marks...

We stayed five nights with Gerry at the Casa del Agua. It is a beautiful home that is been converted into a hotel and the accommodations are great. It is very central as you only have to walk about five minutes to get to any of the main locations in Granada. As if the pool, chilled out vibe, free goodies...

My wife, son and I stayed there recently and had a wonderful time. Great patio, beautiful room, pool and service was second to none. See again next weekend. Free coffee and popcorn which my son really enjoyed.

We came here by accident, and when we saw the place we knew we want to stay here. First of all the location is the best, 20 seconds from the center. Place is clean, design really nice, small swimming pool, big room and big bathroom and the best thing - the kitchen. Huge kitchen with lots of equipment, popcorn machine,...

Just spent one night here on my way back to the States. I took a fall and was injured and in a pretty foul mood as I was cutting my trip short by two weeks to get medical care ... Gerald's compassion and care, the comfort of the space, the unasked for help, the extra detail of care...It was a...

Excellent location. Gerry is a fountain of knowledge on Nicaragua! He will advise you on where to go and the best way to get there. The pool is so good to cool off in after your day out. If you want to take a cycle around Granada you can borrow a bike!

A nice place with a swimming pool in the centre. Great for young couples, I think they have about 7 rooms, which are quite spacious with private bathroom and nice beds. Cool Irish owner dude. Only negative is that aircon costs extra. Otherwise good value for money.

I stayed at Casa del Agua last March with 2 friends. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Jerry, the owner, is really kind, always available to give good advice. We stayed in the upper room with 3 singles beds and it was perfect for our needs. I read before coming a bad comment about the confort of the...

Staying at this hostel was a great experience. Jerry (the ex-pat owner) was a delight from the beginning. He knew exactly what to see and where to go. He was knowledgeable on how to get around Nicaragua - just as great as he was, his hostel was too! The pool, although small, was perfect for cooling down from the HOT...
