We stayed in Casa del Agua from 2 February till 6 February. It's central location (near the cathedral and La Calzada) is perfect! Breakfast and coffee are included and the host is very helpful arranging trips and taxis. The rooms are clean and offer a nice bed and a shower. The open kitchen is a great place to meet other...

This accommodation was a real gem. We stayed in a couple of rooms and they with were both clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are in Granada for sure. The location is excellent right near the square. The manager is always available to help you. He suggested a baseball game while...

Old mansion close to Parque Central with Irish owner who makes pancakes for his guests! Gerry is a wealth of information about the area, and he can organize trips to suit everyone. Take a dip in the pool to beat the heat, and walk the park to mingle with the locals.

We stayed in three different rooms so we could extend our stay from our original 2 nights to eleven. All the rooms were clean and had queen beds with quality sheets and towels. The budget rooms at the back are small but more than adequate - cold water showers (33° outside so refreshing); the upgraded rooms had hot water, more...

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are extremely accommodating. Rooms are spacious, and the pool is very nice. Extra amenities (free water, cereal) are also a definite plus, and the location is nice and quiet. Sleeping area is clean but a little worn down.

Jerry was a friendly host, generous with his time and his pancakes. The hotel has a good kitchen and courtyard area and Jerry created a great atmosphere amongst his guests making this a friendly place to stay. We had a cheap room at the back - good value in Granada at 25 usd for a private room with ensuite bathroom....

And in the morning he made us really good pancakes Isn't that the definition of a perfect host? ;) Also the patio with the pool...

We arrived on the express mini-bus from Managua, the stop is 3 mins walk from the Casa - a very central location. Gerry is probably the best, most hands-on host we've met in our travels to 70+ countries. Tea, coffee, cereal, pancakes included, plenty of hot water, big rooms, 2 fans in ours which was right on the road in...
