Proves the old saying "You can't judge a book by it's cover." 1/2 a block from the market street and only a couple of blocks from the Church and Market Square, it's a great location with a funky exterior. But don't let that stop you. Inside, it's wonderfully and colorfully decorated. There are hammocks and rocking chairs everywhere, plenty of...

The room was small and it was like a sauna but the rest was ok! The common areas are spacious and the pool is nice! The free pancakes and coffee are great! Wifi is good and the staff is alright! Having acces to a kitchen is nice in a city like Grenada you can get all types a food in...

If You really want to know, there's some wifi at this hostel, like 6-7 routers. But no one really works. It's not that important, it's just that if you say me there's wifi, I expect that. Anyway, good spot. Cool pool, a bit dirty sometime (like some bunch of hairs, dormitory ok and good breakfast. I recommend it just because...

Sadly for this visitor the router went out of order (very unusual for Oasis) for this specific day. As soon as the technician changed a cable it came back on. It is "third world" wifi, in speed and reliability....We apologize and wish we could get better service from any of the country's poviders.......we pay hundreds of dollars a month for...

Awesome spot in Granada. The hostel is very large so there's loads of great people around. Lots of hammocks and sofas to relax if you're spending time at the hostel. There is a swimming pool for a quick dip and a kitchen if you wish to make your own meals. They also have a TV and DVDs as well as...

I had heard good things about the Oasis Hostel in Granada and it didn't disappoint. The pool was a bonus and was cleaned daily. The location is perfect with a short walk to the local market as well as the Pali for anything that wasn't available in the market. The kitchen could use some sharper knives and the dripping fridge...

Granada is a very hot city. Despite that, I slept very well in the dorm. There are several fans which help you sleep well at night. Beds are big and comfy and the hostel is very quiet after 11.00. Don't forget you get free breakfast, coffee and water. Just, bathrooms could be a bit cleaner!

I stayed here on a World Challenge visit to Nicaragua and it was the best hostel we stayed in while on the trip! The free pancakes for breakfast was a highlight and we all loved the hammocks. The rooms, showers and toilets were clean and the staff were also very friendly. If you stay here I would recommend that you...

My partner Kiahl and I stayed for 5 nights here. I absolutely loved it. We stayed in a private room, it was clean and spacious. Loved the big kitchen also that was cleaned regularly. We will be back there again on our trip in Nicaragua! Oh and I definitely have to mention how polite and helpful the staff were. Absolute...

This hostel was fantastic. We spent the last 2 nights of our 5 week backpacking trip through Central America here and were very please with it. Super cheap - $22 total per night for my friend and I to have a private room, which was clean and spacious. The hostel itself is big, many bathrooms and showers throughout, and always...

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are okay, but not very cosy. The swimmingpool is great and the breakfast as well: pancakes with bananas! The hostel is very big, so there are a lot of travellers. The people who work here where not super nice.
