I didn't stay here, but was recommended to eat here by a local. He was not wrong. The beach cafe served cheap good quality, tasty Thai food, like you always used to get in Thailand. A nice change from the hotels around here and at a fraction of the price.

Obviously one can find cleaner and better hostel on Koh Chang island. But... we really enjoyed our 4 nights in Tiger Hut. Bungalows are absolutely basic but still have fan indoor shower and toilet. Yes rooms are delapidated. The only socket was almost broken and there were no single hook for staff. But bedclothes were clean. No hot water (do...

I did not end up staying here. After checking out the location (amazing - ON the beach) and inspecting one of their huts (well, not so amazing...) we knew we would not consider staying here. It's a shame because with a bit of work, clean up and minimal upgrades this could be paradise.

Right on the beach and only 500bt but these huts are falling to bits with holes in the thin fabric letting in all sorts of biting things. Staff are surly and there's no wifi. Towels only available with 200bt each deposit. You get your own brush as there's no cleaning or fresh linen even after a week. Had I not...

They are riding the popularity of guide books but only offer one room at the rate of 300 Baht, released as of Oct 2015. Next lowest price was 600B and way below the already low standards set by the guide book. No mosquito nets and run down. None of the rooms we saw were clean, the bath equipped rooms had...

Beautiful scenery, right on the beach, very basic accommodations. Running water, flushing toilet, hard bed, fan, if you know what to expect you won't be disappointed. i loved staying here, it was a roof over our head (that didn't leak), the management made arrangements for us to rent 2 mopeds, breakfast was great, and they arranged a taxi for an...

Tiger huts- love this place, remote location with great beach within 10 metres of your bungalow, slightly over priced but worth the money if you want beach front accommodation. This really is a slice of remote island living. Amazing views from your bungalow all day. Only fault was needs a moped rent to be able to get around the island....

We stayed at Tiger Hut for one night whilst visiting Koh Chang. The huts are incredibly simple but are right on the beach, great for someone who is wanting a relaxing getaway on a budget- the location is remote, transport is needed to get to the huts from the main road or you can hire a motorbike, although the cost...

I am not going to come on here and slate the place, it was a cheap room and thats what you pay for. I paid 4 pounds a night for the room and stayed 6 nights so I am not complaining at all. It is a great experience and the view outside your hut is amazing. It is a beach...
