This little boutique hotel will certainly give you that little extra. The views are stunning, the food is great but what really stands out is the crew at this little hidden gem. Even though it was peak season the service was beyond what you could expect. We will definitely consider coming back.

The location is a very short ride from the ferry port. We had a deluxe double room with a balcony and it was beautiful. Lovely, comfortable bed, ample storage, tv, fridge, black out blinds, lovely bathroom. Aircon and ceiling fan. Balcony had a clother airer and also furniture to sit out and watch the beautiful sunsets. There were 2 pools we could use, one smaller which never had anyone else in it and huge one that was owned by another next-door resort, but we never used that. You don't need to when you have such a beautiful beach and clear sea in front of you. The hotel supplies sun loungers on the lawn area and deckchairs on the beach. The staff are super friendly and often brought out free drinks and snacks in the afternoons. It's a very personal service. We had breakfast included and sometimes had lunch and dinner, all of which were good. The hotel supplies free kayaks and paddleboards, though one of the guests told us this. That's one thing the hotel staff could do a little better - provide information about the facilities on offer and also about the island, trips etc. As the hotel is a little way from the main tourist areas of Koh Chang (White Sands Beach etc), you have to take taxis which are very expensive, or we ended up hiring a scooter which was so much cheaper, but then you have to have your wits about you. It's an extremely hilly journey west out of the hotel to get to the more tourist areas and not for the faint hearted. The hotel helped us arrange the scooter hire. Koh Chang itself is beautiful. We visited lovely beaches (e.g. White Sands and Lonely), saw monkeys and elephants and people are incredibly friendly. I also went snorkeling to the National Park, which was just incredible. I've been fortunate enough to go to the Maldives a few times, but have never seen coral as alive and beautiful as I saw off Koh Chang. Definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Sunshine. Beautiful location with a very chilled out vibe. Delicious included breakfasts and an excellent good value menu at the gorgeous beach front restaurant. Incredibly kind, friendly and generous staff who bent over backwards to assist us with transportation to and from, and everything in between. The manager is an absolute legend who even drove us to the local shops to get supplies! Rooms very comfortable with great showers and stunning views from the balcony. They also have a cute resident cat. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you want absolute relaxation on a lovely beach away from the crowds, this is for you.

We stayed 6 nights in a comfortable villa with a magnificent private swimming pool. The villa is perfectly equipped, the rooms are large, the staff very helpful and friendly. The beach is super beautiful and pleasant (few people, clean, very quiet). It's a little out of the way and you will need a scooter or a car if you want to visit the island or enjoy the restaurants as there are few nearby but no problem there too we were able to rent a car directly to the hotel for a very reasonable price. The swimming pool is also very pleasant so only positive things about this establishment.

This August 2023, we had the pleasure to spend one week at this beautiful resort. Pha and her staff are lovely and very helpful. They're always there for whatever you need (translations, calling the taximen in Thai, helping choosing activities, giving tips, etc.) In addition, they can bring you your dinner and breakfast on your terrace on demand.
The rooms are simply fantastic, very comfortable, clean, and with a magnificent view on the sea. The resort is located on its private beach, so you just have to get out of your room and you can immediately jump in the water! We were there during the rain season and we still had good weather and the beach was almost only for ourselves! It's one of the best beaches I've ever seen.
The island is tropical and charming, the team fantastic and smiling; nothing to say, really... Everything was perfect. We'll try to come back asap!

North of Ko Chang, in the residential golf area, pretty little group of houses on the beach. Small structure. Flowered and shaded garden. Very well maintained. Small swimming pool and large deserted beach. 15 minutes from tourist places further south, essential means of transport (the hotel offers scooter rental) but car recommended given the severe slope of the coastal roads. Covered parking reserved for residents. The hotel restaurant is excellent: Green Curry and Chicken Massalam. Crispy shrimp fritters. Pleasant and very friendly welcome and service. A recommended place.

We frequented the restaurant a couple of times because we rented one of the villas nearby. The food is totally overpriced and quality wise average at best. Staff speaks little English and performs on a quite detached and ignorant level. Only reason we kept coming back was the convenience factor.

Beautifully decorated and laid out with a limited but good menu that includes western and eastern dishes. Service can be a little sullen but prompt and well intentioned with good prices. Lovely spot by the beach with most facilities available for use by all.

Have a very small and nice restaurant in front of the beach. Serves nice home cooked meals. Western and Thai food. Nice view out on the beach and the sunset. Take this one over the big mainstream places. Possible to sit under the roof our outside. No AC, but the fresh breeze from the sea makes that unnecessary.
