We can't really find cons to this hotel. Amenities are a little bit old fashion but at the end you really have all what you need. We came here again on our way back from Lashio. And to have some rest we have extended several time our stay. Pros: - room are big and clean - comfortable bed - shower with plenty of hot water - fastest wifi we ever had in Myanmar - they can arrange bus taxi or train - professional and discreet staff - breakfast buffet - you can rent motorbike at Andrew motorbike rental 100m far from the hotel The only cons we have would be - In 3 nights we got a half day of Internet outage - A little bit pricey regarding other hostels but there you are sure to have all the amenities that a traveler requires and they work ! - Few decorations in the rooms and common areas…

We stayed at this hotel on 15 Feb. The hotel was in the heart of POL. We could walk to Purcell Clock Tower within 5 minutes. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They bought train tickets to Hsipaw for us on the following day without extra charge. They also helped us for horse cart and taxi. The room we stayed was not large but not small. It was clean and had all amenities. The breakfast was real good with many selections. For the tourists who want to stay overnight before taking train to cross Goiteik viaduct, I recommend this hotel. The price was not high but had good quality. By the way, this hotel had no elevator.
Lovely clean comfortable hotel in good location. Not many staying here but not a problem. Room comfortable with good air con and comfy bed. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Only downside.... power cuts whilst here but same for the whole town so couldn't be helped I suppose!
I accidentaly booked here via Agoda. I immidiately contacted the hotel and Agoda to fix this. Agoda refused to cancel and refund, due to my accidental mistake. Sandar, from the hotel understood my problem and was willing to help me immidiately. Agoda was lying about things en treating me really bad. Sandar however made calls and sent emails which resulted in a full refund. Without Sandar Agoda would have never done this. So much effort from the hotel. I wish there were more people like Sandar! For this I give the hotel the highest rate and will stay here for sure in the future when I have the chance.
