This Ashram is great place to stay if you are OK with simple but in the same time clean and comfortable rooms. I have been there 2 times and last time we got the rooms in the Gange block. The rooms in this block are very nice and cost about 1200Rs per night and 2 person can stay. They have...

A place at the banks of holy Ganga river where you can find peace. Its a beautiful place with not so cheap but good accomodation. The restaurant here offers good food at morning, noon and night. Also, u can enjoy the holy ganga arti which is performed by swamiji everyday at evening.

A beautiful ashram in the lap of the Himalayas. Peaceful, beautiful and definitely spiritual. Nightly Ganga Aarti is not to be missed at the Parmarth ghat. Rooms are spacious and westernized with regular toilet and shower facilities. Home cooked sattvic meals in the ashram cafeteria. There is also the option of eating at the Canteen on site, with more choices...

Great haven for those seeking spiritual solace. It has a boarding & lodging facility as well. The evening aari on the banks of the Ganges is a must. Swamiji is a very learned person who gives discourses daily. Just beware of the shoe thieves who may make off with attractive looking shoes - as they did with my Nikes!

I stayed 18 days in Parmarth Niketan participating in a wonderful training singing mantras. The accommodation though was another story - the bed was very hard, the madrass ca 3 cm thick and warn out, the bathroom had not been cleaned the last 5 years and in the end I felt really dirty coming out of the shower! The food...

And the next time if you find your mattress isn't suitable or bathroom isn't clean, please do let the staff know so that it can be taken care of. Also, your food is a part of the registration for the course you took so I hope you...

The Ashram is on the banks of the River Ganga and near Ram Jhula The Aarti begins at 6pm during summer and we suggest you reach there 10 minutes before. The bhajans are divine and the whole atmosphere is ethereal. Must visit
