Our room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing and our hosts treated us like family. It the perfect location to explore downtown Floyd which has yummy restaurants, beautiful galleries and of course - live folk music.

We spent one night here while driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. The farmhouse is quaint and historic. We stayed in the big house in the ground floor. The doors and ceilings were very low because of the age of the house, so my tall husband had to take care not to bump his head, but it was no problem for...

We booked this B and B because the description sounded awesome and it was. The location is beautiful rural Virginia and very peaceful and quiet. The House has a totally warm and cozy feeling and the staff are the same. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and the food was out of sight.

The Innkeepers made the stay just like home starting with a tour of the antique farm house and grounds. A morning hot beverage on the front porch followed by a fresh "picked" filling breakfast starts the day. This is not a hotel, you are part of the family.

We stayed at one of the cabins, very nicely decorated with a cute bathroom. If you love nature, quiet and peace, don't go elsewhere. Caroline made us a delicious breakfast, homemade omelet and much more.

My family and i stayed one night at this very peaceful retreat that is off the beaten path. The rolling hills around the farm are truly beautiful. What was most important to me, however, was the way Caroline went out of her way to help me after I left something important at the farm. She immediately sent it to my...

We spent a night here in July and were so pleased we did. The house is old and beautiful. Beds are huge and comfortable, the rooms are gorgeous and the host is super welcoming. we ate dinner in nearby Floyd (don't leave eating until too late) and had a delicious home cooked breakfast on the porch watching the hummingbirds fly...

Ambrosia Farms is such a quaint B&B. The owners, Caroline and Craig are fantastic host. The rooms are perfect. Nice and cozy and very comfortable. I've stayed here twice and everyone I meet here have become a friend. Caroline makes hands down THE best breakfast and you eat it on the porch watching all the hummingbirds fly by. She is...

The farm is just lovely! So quiet and peaceful. Heavenly views! Unfortunately we did not get to meet Caroline nor did we get to eat breakfast there as Craig headed out of town when we arrived. But we would stay there again! Comfy quilts, private bath and cool temps in the cabin room. Floyd was an interesting place too. Local...

Stopped for one night at Ambrosia Farm and had a lovely stay. This is not a 'typical' B&B...it is a charming, rustic farmhouse set far from town. It's true appeal is the tranquility that comes from getting away from the hub-bub of life in the city. We stayed in the main house - which, as it happened, we had all...
