Bruce and Josée run a wonderful little place with most of the accommodations on floats! We stayed in the Floathouse Cabin which is a rustic little cabin with BBQ, cooler and stove right on the water (literally right on the water). Paddler's Inn is a unique base for kayaking in the Broughton archipelago - it is not luxury but it...

We set off from Telegraph Cove and paddled for 6 days through the Broughtons, finishing up at the paddlers. After a truly incredible paddle with masses of wildlife, and beautiful wild camping sites it would have been easy for any roof over your head to be a disappointment. But not the Paddlers Inn. We finished our 6 day trip paddling...

We recently had the privilege of spending three days in the Shoreline Cabin at the beautiful Paddlers Inn. We had been looking for somewhere to take our young boys (10 and 13) kayaking in the West Coast of British Columbia. We did not want to do a guided tour, and we needed somewhere that provided safe paddling, yet was remote...

My partner and I were lucky enough to spend 3 nights at the Paddlers Inn before starting our season Sea Kayak Guiding out of Telegraph Cove for the summer. Considering the location of the float lodge and the area that surrounds it, we knew it must be a beautiful place to Paddle. What we did not know was how warm,...

We took advantage of one of the Paddler's Inn's specials that included the water taxi out to Simoon Sound and back, and four nights in the lodge. We expected beauty, but this went far beyond that. The area is extraordinary. Porpoises, whales, seals, and groups of tiny, magical islands. It's all about getting away – no internet, no cell reception...

The Paddler's Inn is a very special place. It's a paradise for kayakers, nature lovers, animal photographers, or anyone else who wants to truly get away from it all and decompress. The location is ideal for launching kayaking trips of any length. Superlative campsites—Burdwood Islands, Fox Islands, Insect Island—are just a 1-2 hour paddle away. The prices are very reasonable,...

This is in an amazing part of the world. We were there in July and saw humpbacks every day. Kayaked with over 100 dolphins jumping all around or boats 2 days, watched seal life and birds from the floating cabin. Truly a place to be experienced. Owners were very nice and helpful with suggestions of where to paddle. People should...

We spent two nights in the Float House Cabin which was very clean, comfortable, well equipped - and of course in a stunningly beautiful location Josee and Bruce were wonderful hosts with extensive knowledge of the area. We will definitely stay at the inn again the next time we paddle through the Broughton Archipelago.
