Cannot say enough good things about this first-rate bed-and-breakfast. The owners combine wonderful hospitality, cushy comfortable rooms, and delightful breakfasts to make this one of our most memorable weekend getaways. Winery tours recommended by Mary Pat and John, followed by dinner in town (they took care of the reservations for us), followed by a soak in the Jacuzzi...doesn't get much...

Rooms are exceptionally clean and every detail is thought of from the fireplace, BOSE radio, canopy bed and two person Jacuzzi. the property for the B&B is beautilful with a bird feeder at every window, numerous wildlife (bunnies, deer, etc.), Koi pond, hummingbird feeder,...

Wonderful B&B with wonderful owners. Mary Pat and John were so welcoming and accomodating. The Inn and rooms were all clean and beautiful. They all have a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I've ever slept in, and it was a treat to wake up to the scenery and the breakfast they served!...

Top notch B&B in a great location. Visited for my wife's 40th and couldn't have made a better choice. Accomodations and food were both excellent. Lots of nice touches and beautiful grounds. The owners were friendly, accessible and a wealth of local knowledge. You will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin to describe to you what a perfect weekend we experienced at the Foxfield Inn? From the initial contact to make our reservations, to sadly leaving the Inn and saying good bye to Mary Pat and John, our weekend could not have been any better. The rooms are amazing - from the canopy bed and fireplace to...

In July of 2006 my wife and I made our third trip to the Foxfield Inn. The accomodations, location and service is second to none. It is extremely clean and well organized with the perfect balance of privacy and opportunity to mingle with other guests, including the owners. Mary Pat and John are very gracious hosts willing to go the...

When we arrived, the innkeepers greeted us by name and remembered personal details about us from a stay 6 years prior. They are incredibly kind and friendly. The Inn is beautiful, welcoming and immaculate. There are plenty of places to relax on the premesis, including an outdoor hot tub, patio, hammock and screened in gazebo. There are also more than...

We stayed at the Inn four nights, and each evening and breakfast was a joyful experience. Just outside Charlottesville in "horse" country, beautiful yet convenient to all parts of Charlottesville. We hope to return again.

We felt thoroughly relaxed in this serene setting. Mary Pat and John are excellent conversationalists and offer reliable insight into the local attractions and restaurants. They made us feel totally at home during our stay. The breakfasts are varied and delicious and the wine offerings a nice way to start the evening. Definitely worth the price!

We had the pleasure recently of staying at the Foxfield Inn. The Inn itself is charming and Mary Pat and John Hulburt have anticipated their guests' every need. We enjoyed an outstanding breakfast each morning, served in elegant style and, again, Mary Pat was only too glad to accommodate a guest's particular dietary need or request. The rooms are lovely,...
