The Leathers-Snyder Inn was a good place for our visit to Charlottesville. We loved their breakfast and the accommodations were nice. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to UVa.

This was a great little B&B! I went to college at UVA and graduated several years ago. I took my boyfriend to see Charlottesville for the first time. Leathers-Snyder was a great place to stay--convenient access to the University (not to mention all of the other things Charlottesville has to offer) and within walking distance to the Downtown Mall (lots...

The Leathers-Snyder Inn was well located, with just a short walk to the historic down town mall with its shops, cafes and cinemas. The house itself waselegantly furnished , but also homely and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, the showers hot and the beds very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, with home made fresh fruit salads, a great range of...

I chose this B&B because of its flexibility and also good acoustics (wooden floors) for this music retreat/vacation with a friend, which included some practicing and jamming. Also, due to its proximity (just a few blocks) to the downtown Charlottesville mall, which is in my judgment one of the nicest urban spots in the state of Virginia. This all worked...

I was in Charlottesville for the 35th Anniversary Celebration of the University of VA's Neonatal Transport Services. It was a fantastic weekend full of lots of activities but this beautiful B & B offered a comfortable bedroom and bathroom to rest and relax. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It also cost less than the chain hotels and offered...

We spent the weekend in Charlottesville to go to a concert and simply get out of the DC metro area so that we wouldn't work. I selected the Leathers-Snyder Inn B&B because it is a short walk to the downtown pavilion. We stayed in the Katelin room and found it to be quite comfortable and quiet. There are 2 types...

Rare to find a B&B that was build as boarding house (or cat house?)and restored to keep that original feel - while adding all the modern goodies. Along with helpful and friendly hosts and a great location for town touring, full tummies at breakfast and easy access and parking - one of the better B&B stays we have enjoyed.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Leathers-Snyder over the 2010 Memorial Day weekend and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charlottesville. The house and rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are delicious. We stayed in the Katelyn Master Suite, which was spacious and featured a nice priavte bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The location is also perfect. It's...

My husband and I stayed at Leathers-Snyder Bed & Breakfast for a week, from June 23-30. Our visit to Charlottesville was a combination of business and pleasure. It was a joy to stay at this beautiful home from start to finish. The beautifully renovated house gives a feeling of being in a historical home, while everything works, including the air...
