We were gone for most of the day, we came back late and watched a little tv and then hit the hay! :) It served our purposes great. We went to Cass WV for a train ride, Washington DC and to some of the battlefields....More
The check-in office is located on route 263 (looks like a trailer) where you get a map showing how to drive down into the valley to find your unit. The three one bedroom unit buildings show their age and are a bit cramped for more...More
The Pines Aspen East condos we stayed at are right next to the ski lift for Bryce Resort. Very nice looking area. Well kept grounds. Having access to a small pool is nice to cool off. The restaurant and lounge on the grounds are essentially...More

I've stayed in two different Pines condo's/chalets. The price is $100 deposit (check only) for 1 pet (I believe it actually may cover 2 pets). If you check in during business hours, you'll leave a personal check for the deposit when you pick up the keys. Or if you check in after hours (they'll give you the combination for a box outside the office that contains the keys, instructions, etc), then the first business day after check in leave the check at the office. The Pines will hold the check for 6 weeks after you check out, assuming there are no issues due to the pet, then they tear up the check. The Pines is the only resort area of Bryce Resort that allows dogs. They apparently have very if any problems with allowing responsible owners to bring their furry family members along.
