Charles and Lee were very accomodating and very friendly. The building was very nice, the views great, and the breakfast delicious. We did not have dinner there, but it sounded great. I would highly recommend Cooper Hill Inn to anyone.

We do not have air conditioning at Cooper Hill Inn. When we bought the Inn, 12 years ago, we also bought four window units. Two are still in their original boxes. Typical night time temperature at the Inn during the summer months is between 50 and 60. Usually you pull your blanket up before morning :-)
