Nice ski lodge for a large family....small issues with very difficult front door locks, lack of fire log and out of fluid lighter....very plushy stay, convenient to the Hermitage Club and Mount Snow...bring your snowshoes and hike in the back

Wow nice rooms, comfortable beds. I thought leaving a couple cans of pepsi and ginger ale the mini fridge for free was a really nice touch. Really I felt spoiled on this family vacation taking up such nice accommodations as I am not picky. We also at Turkey Dinner at their restaurant which was also very good, the service was...

Last Saturday we enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Hermitage Restaurant. We are a long time Vermont ski family who ski and stay at Mt. Snow. Taking a short ride down Handle Road was well worth it. Seriously, best food we have eaten in Vermont in undoubtedly the nicest location with top flight servers. We already have a reservation for...

Our room was Immaculate and very nicely decorated. Even the little extras in the room added a nice touch, coffee maker, wine to buy if you wanted it, nice toiletries in bathroom, fireplace to use, a fridge, etc. There was a fruit tray in the room but I will admit it looked like it had been sitting there for a...

We recently stayed at the Hermitage Inn and I have to say that Inns aren't usually my thing but this Inn has luxury and convenience that trump most. Our room had a fireplace, private bathroom with great toiletries, a TV, coffeemaker, free soda/water, and a great comfy bed. There was a lovely plate of fruit waiting when we arrived into...

Stopped on with friends to eat lunch and have drinks. Hostess sat us immediately but another server came over and told us we couldn't sit and had to leave for a private event. Gentleman handled it very rudely. Not going back

My family and I have been eating at this inn for 30 years. Since being renovated and acquired by Jim Barneslast fall, we figures that Thanksgiving weekend of this year was a good time to try it again. We made a reservation, requesting the main dining and not the bar faire. We were 9 people.upon arriving for our reservation we...

To begin, we would like to offer our apologies for a less than stellar experience. The Hermitage Inn is our flagship property and we take your suggestions with great concern. Our fine dining menu has been updated for the Holiday season and will be in place starting December 9th and we would your encourage your return. We also use extremely...

The Hermitage Pub was redone a few years ago, but has retained the original casual feel, but now has an upscale touch. The menu is varied and original with salads, fish, steak, burgers, chicken and Mac N Cheese, etc. The flatbread is excellent and original - great crust. The service is always friendly and attentive, but last night (Nikki I...

Don’t read into this too much. And don’t hold this against them as this is probably one of the nicest places to stay in the surrounded area. It is a very nice inn. Very luxurious. We stayed in the Coldbrook suite. Relatively dark room with small windows that you would expect in a refurbished old house. There really are no...

My family and I went to The Hermitage with another family for three days and two nights this past New Year's Eve. We had a great time! The club itself is more than anyone could ask for with skiing on a private mountain, spa services, entertainment in an incredible clubhouse that has to be experienced. The food was excellent and...
