Charming place, close to nature, relaxing. Great hosts! Bud is simply true, kindred spirit and really funny! His wife Carol is lovely! Some people gave bad reviews, but maybe it's because they expected a Hilton. Just go to these superficial places like you are, and you'll be ok. To us, the Fiddler's Green Inn was just perfect. Comfort is not...

I guess I am a little confused why anyone would enjoy staying at this place! This was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and it was a total disappointment. The rooms need some updating and a little dusting would go a long way. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and Bud the owner was...

Pros: The owner Bud is very friendly and knowledgeable. The guest living room is very cozy with a fire. Great value for peak season. Guest fridge and boot room is useful to keep your boots warm and your food/drink cold. Overall clean. Candian $ at par Good breakfast Beautiful property right on a stream behind the house, a lovely view....

Gregarious innkeepers; immaculate low-key cozy true mountain feel . Fabulous breakfast, free jokes, great coffee. Never ending bubbling stream in back, conducive to deep restorative sleep. No pressure...just the most comfortable atmosphere. Incredibly close to the mountain , next door to food, boogie, and new friends. Totally classy yet inviting. Inending desire to serve the clientele.

You might miss this place if you drive by too quickly, it's set well back and the sign isn't clear exicept for the big word: INN. But I mapped it well enough and followed the directions, so it's no problem finding it during the day. It's a nice homey atmosphere and the host is so friendly and helpful, he made...

I've stayed here before many years ago and wanted to come back for a long weekend. Try #1: I emailed the email address given for the B&B with some dates I had in mind. I got a response that those dates were not available. Nothing more. Not even a "but this date xx/xx/xx is open". I would have booked then...

We keep going back!! This wonderful Vermont Inn is one of the closest place to the mountain and truly the best value in Stowe. The Inn is quietly set back and is a quick walk to the Matterhorn next door, for excellent sushi, pizza and après ski fun! We can't say enough about the welcoming fire, delicious home cooked hot...

First time at Stowe and I was looking for an affordable and comfortable B&B near the hill. Fiddlers Green Inn was all that. We stayed for 3 days near the ski hill which was a 5 min drive away. Bud the host was gracious and welcoming and made our breakfast each day. He offered local knowledge and advice on things...

The Inn is a homey, quiet and comfortable place. Breakfasts are made just for you when you ask for it, and Bud was a great host. I think the place is really good for couples who wish to explore the surrounding attractions (Mt. Mansfield, Ben and Jerry's, Scenic foliage drives) and stay in a cozy little hotel. The place is...

The good At $99 (September mid week) this is probably the cheapest room in town. The original building is from the 1800’s and its certainly an novel place to stay. The house is set back from the road and the bubbling brook out back provides a relaxing soundtrack that will drown out any traffic noise from the main road (which...
