Stayed with my wife and two daughters on our last night of a ski trip to Killington to save money over mountainside lodging. This was just a nice hotel. Standard, perhaps slightly oversized King room with a pullout sofa. Clean bathroom. Very clean and nice commons area. Breakfast was a matter of coming to the front desk and asking for what we wanted off a menu, which was handed to us in a bag (Jimmy Dean biscuits, juice, good muffins, fruit). I’d have to say the Covid standards were very high. The location (right next to a Hannaford Market and a restaurant/pub called 99) was excellent. I’d consider staying again next time I come to Killington, as it really wasn’t that far a drive to skiing (maybe 30 minutes parking lot to parking lot). There was a pool that looked clean and wonderful, but after skiing we were just too tired. Best part of the facility was whoever the gent was at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name. Older gent, very slim and tiny. So nice, so personable. A great representative of the hotel and Hilton. To that gent, I’m a Hilton Gold member who travels over 150 nights per year. You didn’t know this. But you made me feel at home. Salude!

Stayed in the hotel for one night. It’s nice to see the hotel connected to Hilton app, but Hilton has not invested keyless entry here for contactless check in. To be fair, I didn’t expect anyone in the area has it, that’s why I chose Hampton Inn. Check in requires a signing of a covid statement. They did prepare a clean pen. But I hope this can be done electronically in the app. The hotel is very welcoming. Hotel members are very friendly. Room is spacious and clean. AC is loud at night, but I’d rather have this than central AC during Covid time.

Check in was seamless and a pleasant experience. Just what I needed after a very challenging work day. My room was spotlessly cleaned, to an impressive level of clean. This hotel is worth the extra cost when compared to others in the area. I’ve stayed in some of the others because my decision was solely price point based. Mistake for sure. I knocked my rating down one star because the tv was annoying. Rather basic Direct TV service. The TV itself is nice, the service is clunky and slow. I’m spoiled at home with my Roku and streaming services. When will hotels and streaming services get together and strike a deal already. The mini fridge is big compared to most hotels and the complimentary toiletries are high quality. Plenty of towels. Nice little microwave. My room had two queen beds, a nice built in desk, fridge, microwave, plenty of light, hairdryer, coffeemaker, dresser, alarm clock, two chairs, ottoman, closet, and full sized shower with adjustable shower head. This will be my go to place to stay in Rutland. Excellent experience. Thank you Hampton staff.

Great experience here again. Wonderful front desk staff – very accommodating when we asked to have a room near an exterior door on the lower level. Traveling in these times is different. The room was clean and COVID sanitized. We felt safe there. Can’t ask for more!

Room Tip: We chose a lower floor room by an exterior door to get in and out without any human contact. :-)

Partner and I stayed here for a weekend for ski trip. Hotel was in convenient location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Rooms were well-sized, clean and had all the necessities. Would definitely consider using this hotel again for future stays.
