This place is too good for words, because words will not justify your experience here. A picture says more than a thousand words they say. Even a picture will not justify. I truely felt at home the minute I walked in the front door and Beth welcomed me and my friend. The warmth that meets you is undescribeable. We were... More

LIBERTY HILL FARM Our stay at the Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, Vermont was the highlight of our fall foliage tour. I was always curious about what life was really like on a farm, so when I had read that Yankee Magazine had featured the Liberty Hill Farm as one of the top places to visit in New England –... More

My wife and I were hunting online for Vermont farm vacations to bring our kids and my mother together, and found Liberty Hill. Beth made sure our family had plenty of room, spreading us across several large, clean rooms in their picturesque farm house. Feeling immediately welcomed and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with the cows, pigs, sheep, and... More

When we first arrived, I knew that it was going to be a stress free environment! The lady who runs this B&B, Beth, will make you feel so at home with her family type welcoming. There are lots of things to do if you bring your own rubber boots! Visit the new born calves or even touch a pig on... More

Had an absolutely delightful time. I felt totally at home. My room was charming and Beth's graceful service was absolutely exquisite. She was always ready to help out, offer places to go, answer questions, help me formulate my itinerary, and of course cook fantastic meals. She was like a mother hen taking care of her brood. My interactions with other... More

There are many positive things I have to say about this farm. (1) The house was immaculately clean, corner to corner. The owner requires all shoes off at the front door and it has paid off. I could not smell the barn in or from the house. (2) The cooking is phenomenal. It was a special treat to sit down... More

We booked the Liberty Hill Farm as a last minute July 4th getaway with another family, and were so happy that we had found our little slice of heaven. First -- all the naysayers posting here are wrong. The farmhouse is an immaculately clean rambling home built in the 1800s, filled with charming knickknacks as well as a modern kitchen... More

This was a great vacation for my family. We were welcome into the Kenneth home and we felt like we were at home. The food was amazing and the rooms very clean. It was great to see my 4 year old play outside and enjoy the Cows. Having supper at their table with the other guest was an amazing experience... More

Love reigns supreme at the Liberty Hill Farm Inn from the heart-shaped spindles on the front porch to Beth's cooking to the care of the herd. This is an amazing opportunity for families to make memories while developing an appreciation for how food gets from the farm to the table. I am a city slicker with a soft spot for... More

Beth and Bob (and farmer Dave) Kennet are wooooonderful people. They are quite welcoming into their homes and lives. You are able to get as hands on as you'd like. I went with my 8 year old daughter for a weekend getaway. It was magical. Beth's top of the line breakfasts and dinners (watch it, I gained 5 lbs!) are... More
