We just spent three nights at the wonderful Ranney-Crawford House. We are repeat guests and will continue to go out of our way to stay at this beautiful inn. Arnie and Diane are warm, interesting and helpful hosts. My husband is an avid cyclist and Arnie worked with him to create routes customized to the distance and hills he was...

I spent 6 nights here end of May 2015 while attending a painting workshop. The house is really lovely and Arnie and Diane couldn't be more accommodating. The yard was FULL of blooming lilacs and in the meadow up the hill behind the house there were bobolinks and all kinds of other birds. I spent time walking around up there...

Comfortable N.E. classic B&B. Nice couple that own/host. They offer very good recommendations for gravel rides or road excursions. Expect hills. This is NOT a flat leisure bicycle destination although you can find short loops that are not as challenging. Breakfast was delicious and the gluten free cookies for my honey showed attention to detail. Mountain biking is nearby, just...

This Bed and Breakfast is amazing! What a find!! The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated in a New England style complete with beautiful quilts, linens, and comfy comforters, chairs and small couches. The host and hostess are an interesting and informative couple. Many of the wooden tables, chairs and armoires in the home are handmade by the husband and the...

We spent the weekend at this wonderful B and B and had a great time in the spacious, comfortable and beautiful home. The food was delicious. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed the area but if it had been rainy, our family would have been content to spread out and enjoy each other in the large living room and...

We planned a fun bike weekend with adult siblings and their spouses, and took over the whole place. The house was everything we could have asked for. Our hosts, Diane & Arny, were very accommodating, from the delicious breakfasts, dinner suggestions & reservations, to the wonderful advice on biking & hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend...

This upset me so much that I rated the place poor This is a lovely place to stay BUT I feel I must report that the bathrooms have no space. The end of the toilet seat is about 12 inches from the sink - just imagine that. And you have to leave the door open to bend over the sink....

We are truly sorry that you found the bathroom in your room too small during your last stay, and that the bed creaked. Fixing the bed would have been easy had we known there was a problem. The bed frame is of Colonial design with bolt and barrel connections. We could have simply tightened the connecting bolts with a screwdriver...

We stayed at the Ranney-Crawford House last weekend. The room was lovely. Large, nice linens and they had a very comfortable trundle bed for our son. The breakfast was delicious and the host & hostess very nice. My only comment is the bathroom is small in Elijah's room. If you are a big person ask for a different room. Otherwise...
