The Inn at Weathersfield is really great. Lovely rooms, lovely grounds, lovely food and lovely people. You can't go wrong! I ate Alpaca for the first time, and it was yummy. Don't worry. They have plenty of options, including vegetarian, from less cute animals, too. This was our second time and we'll definitely go back. The first time, when it... More

My wife and I were heading towards Maine for vacation and found this Inn on Tripavisor. The reviews were great so we decided to reserve a room for the night. We got in about 9PM. The dining room was full of people eating dinner at that time. We decided (since we had dinner earlier) that we would have a dessert.... More

Highly recommended, above a 5 star!! I was on a road trip from the Northwest, my first time visiting Vermont. Hoping to find a bed and breakfast to capture the full experience of small town charm in Vermont. The Weathers field Inn was above and beyond what I could imagine to complete my experience. The owners Marilee and Richard were... More

I am back home... now wishing I had made this past weekend a longer one. You begin to feel at peace the moment you find the driveway off 106. You turn, drive slowly as you listen to the stones rumble under your tire and then there it is: The view of this plantation style circa 1790's home. The white pillars,... More

My wife and I spent this past Memorial Day weekend at the inn. We left early Friday and had a nice drive up from New York. We were greeted by the smell of the fresh lilacs as soon as we arrived. Our room was the Upper Falls with the Luxury Package. The room was very clean with an antique look... More

I spent a long weekend at the Inn after a 14-day business trip to treat myself a little and I couldn't have made a better choice - it was just perfect. I found this beautiful property randomly on the Internet. The write up intrigued me because 1) I grew up in New England and love the history and charm of... More

My fiancé and I stayed two nights this past weekend at the Inn, each night in a different but gorgeous and extremely comfortable room! Each of our two night stays were last minute but luckily there was a room available both times and Richard and Marilee were super welcoming and genuinely a kind couple who truly take care of the... I discovered this gem after reading an article in the Boston Globe about cooking classes. My daughter had invited me up to Vermont for a mother/daughter weekend and we were looking for an activity. As luck would have it, May 16th was the Foraging and Cooking workshop AND my date to visit. I booked the class and then (because the... More
