My family and I had the pleasure of spending a few nights at Pie this past June and could not have had a better stay. I grew up in the area but had not been back for quite some time. Jude and Jay made our stay so comfortable and pleasant - we wish we had more time there. It's a...

We had a wonderful stay at the Pie in the Sky B&B in Vermont. The hosts, Jude and Jay, were so friendly and helpful. We rented the suite upstairs and then took advantage of the available hot tub in the sun room downstairs. They served us a delicious vegan breakfast in the morning and then we spent time hanging out...

My husband and I toured Vermont for a week and looked for a comfortable inn near Montpelier. It took quite a while to come upon Pie in the Sky but we're so glad we found it. Jude and Jay are the perfect hosts - friendly, knowledgeable about the area and gracious in sharing their home. The sunroom space, bathrooms, and...

Beautiful house, lots of light and breezy. Comfortable, lived-in atmosphere. Jay and Jude are welcoming and attentive without being at all intrusive, so it is a free and easy place to stay. Two nice cats and goats, sheep and ducks outside. Extraordinarily beautiful area with lots of hiking available. Montpelier is a lovely town and only about 30 minutes away....

Jay and June were very nice. The rooms were clean and they made a great breakfast with generous portions. There's free wifi that's reasonably fast (easily fast enough to browse online, stream shows, etc). Highly recommended!

We spent an overnight here while our daughter was participating in a high school program at nearby Goddard College. We toured the area's small towns and enjoyed going to 3 food coops in one day! Our stay at Pie-in-the-Sky was great with good talks, knits, and breakfast. We were only sorry we'd forgotten our swimsuits so we couldn't take advantage...

We were only able to spend one evening with Jude & Jay but really enjoyed Pie In The Sky. A classic 1800s Vermont farmhouse that's had many modern features added, it's an inviting combination of old and new. The rooms have period decor but the bathrooms are very modern, with the downstairs one featuring a jet tub and a walk-in...

We spent the weekend here with our adult son and daughter-in-law, who were attending a local wedding, while we played with our grandchildren, ages 2 and 4. The setting, ambiance, accommodations, food, location were all top-notch. We took all three bedrooms, and enjoyed all the lovely facilities. The large, welcoming living room, the sun-dappled enclosed porch with sunken hot tub,...

Jay and Jude were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing, possibly the best I've ever had. Hot tub was fantastic after a fun day spent sledding in the yard. I definitely would recommend Pie In the Sky!

We had a wonderful stay with Jude and Jay at Pie In The Sky. My husband and I shared spirited and fun conversations. They knew all the best places to stay. Best of all were the delicious and creative breakfasts. Everyone was made from scratch and with love. The llama herding the sheep was a memory neither of us will...

Pie-in-the-Sky Farm Bed & Breakfast and Retreat welcomes you to visit us and stay for a while in our quiet, comfortable Civil War-era Greek Revival 18-room farmhouse. We're located in the middle of the rich cultural zone of North Central Vermont and perched just on the edge of Vermont's wild and beautiful NorthEast Kingdom. Enjoy our spa and greenhouse in complete privacy while gazing out on beautiful views and many gardens. Take a short walk down our hill to visit a large beaver meadow and bird sanctuary (where moose occasionally appear in the spring). Help us feed the sheep outside the barn -- Or, in winter season, go sledding, snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing on our 100 plus acres. Often, there are excellent groomed trails off the snow machine trail that runs the length of the land.Pie in the Sky is an easy-find -- only a mile and a third off northern New England's major east-west U.S. Route 2. We're 13 miles from Barre, the “ Granite Capital of the World”, 14 miles from Vermont's capital, Montpelier, and 20 miles from St. Johnsbury, Vt.
