Stumbled across this little gem at the end of a wonderful but tiring day making our way up to Canada through Vermont. We were late checking in and received a very warm welcome and no fuss check in. Our room was perfect. Basic wooden lodge style, spotlessly clean and lovely comfy bed with ensuite bathroom - again spotlessly clean with...

Lovely motel, very well kept. Simple accommodations, fantastic Mountains views, genuine staff and fabulous breakfast. Would recommend for overnight stay with family or friends in your way through Vermont sight seeing.

Warm friendly owners make this a wonderful place to stay. Tracy and Diana have become good friends. Clean comfortable rooms with great views of the green mountains. Close to many Vermont attractions but with a nice quiet, rural setting. Breakfast cost is extra but very reasonable and good. Best apple pancakes with real maple syrup I have ever had. I...

We have stayed here a few times & been happy every time. The Owners are delightful & knowledgable about the area. The rooms are impeccable, the retro furnishings are perfect for the era of the Motel. Breakfast is homemade and served with Vermont coffee, Tea, Maple Syrup & a smile. Great Location to explore all the great stuff Vermont has...

I highly recommend this as an affordable, clean and pet friendly place to stay in a lovely location convenient to many things we wanted to visit in Vermont. It is such a scenic and unspoiled area. The innkeepers are very accommodating. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The breakfast offered on location is delicious. I definitely want to return!

This is a small, old time motel. It is immaculately clean and the owners are delightful. The towels are fluffy and the beds are comfortable. They also offer breakfast for a modest additional fee. This place is for sure a great bargin.

My extended family stayed here for three nights in July while attending a wedding at the nearby state park. We had three rooms, and all three were very large and well maintained. We loved the setting and the view of the mountains to the east. The window boxes were gorgeous and made relaxing in the adirondack chairs an extra treat....

While visiting friends in the area, we had passed by the Marshfield Inn - and wondered WHY we were staying many miles away at the over-priced chain motels located off I-89. This visit, I had the luxury of choice, and elected to stay far away from the crowds. The motel is clean, spacious, and quiet. I needed a place to...
