We booked this trip kinda last minute so didn't have a lot of choices, however we were pleasantly surprised. The new owners are very nice and the rooms were very clean. The hotel is very close to downtown Manchester - a cool little town with tons of great restaurants, shops and outlets!!! Plus it's only 15 mins to Bromley mountain...

Nice place, will stay here next time we are in town. Retains a bit of old Vermont motel charm (in a good way). Limited continental breakfast. Very comfy bed, quiet place, big TV. Just a couple miles outside Manchester.

The rooms were clean and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. The owners were very nice and told me about the renovations that they are planning. The shower was nice and hot.

Clean room good comfy beds and nice comforters. Retro 50's bathrooms with great water pressure. Good wifi and big screen tv, fridge and microwave. Great place, great price! Free breakfast in the morning. Friendly owners who fixed a shower head in a jiffy at 10pm. Highly recommend for a budget motel!

Very clean! Very comfortable mattress and high end bedding. Hotel is a bit dated, but didn't mind due to the cleanliness. Quaint. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and large, new TV. Nice breakfast included. Just outside Manchester shopping, restaurant area. 20 min to Stratton Mt Ski Resort.

We stayed in the cottage, which I highly recommend as it's much bigger than the rooms and has a full kitchen, and two double beds, a couch, and 2 desks. The breakfast was also better than I expected, with eggs, sausage and the usual continental spread.

We love this property. The rooms are large and clean and the owners are friendly. Surprisingly, they have a great free breakfast! We come each year for skiing in the area which is very convenient to the hotel. Great restaurants close by too.

Continental breakfast would have been great but the waffle mix ran out, parking was great and room was clean. Bathroom soap was convenient and bed was comfy. Food was average but front desk was quick and courteous

If you are ok with paired down essentials and no-frills, this motel is perfect. Nice complementary breakfast too. 2 miles from all the hustle and bustle of Manchester. It was great! Our tv went to Spanish only during a crucial football playoff game and then magically changed back. Nice shower and overall, very clean. Comfy bed but very squishy pillows....

We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. And the location is convenient to the Stratton skiing area. We are going to make this hotel as our first choice when we go to ski at Stratton.
