Green Mountain at Fox Run was more than anything I could have wanted! It is an old ski lodge that is quiet and homey. Everyone there is welcoming, and accommodating from the women that clean the rooms up to the Program Director. All have the same goal and that is to ensure that the women who choose to be there...

I just spent 2 weeks at Green Mountain. Before I booked my trip, I was looking for a program that I could go to for a few weeks and lose large quantities of pounds. As I was searching, I realized I couldn't face losing and gaining the weight back again as I had done so many times in the past....

I spent four weeks at Green Mountain at Fox Run and enjoyed every minute! The staff combines high expertise with kindness and humour. The program is perfect and with so much choice of activities that you feel lucky every day! GMFR is a special place. Being there was a transformative experience for me. The staff, culture, setting, programs and --yes-- the food were all excellent and together created a thoughtful, informed, nurturing atmosphere in which to reshape how I think about food, nourishment, and my own well-being. I feel like what I really lost were so many of the burdens...

If you're looking for a 10-pound weight loss in a week, complete with massages, manicures and facials, move on. You will be VERY disappointed. This place is rustic, like an old ski lodge. The stairs are killers. The bathrooms are in serious need of renovation. But, if you are seeking a new approach to permanently changing how you approach your...

It took me three years to decide to go to Green Mountain at Fox Run. My grandson, my horribly sedentary life and my blood pressure medicine were the decisive factors that made me take what I thought would be a scary health adventure. I arrived terrified, not knowing what I got myself into. I am so grateful to myself that...

I have been to GM 3 times since 2011, and I will be back again. Even if you have only a week or 2 for your stay, it will make a difference and it's the best money you will ever spend. Staff might change but everyone is truly professional and truly interested in helping you make the most of yourself....

While it was scary to commit to a one-month stay at Green Mountain, I am proud of myself for doing something that was (and still continues to be!) a life-changing experience for me. Thanks to the staff at GM, I feel like a new person! I am enjoying food again for the first time in many years, and I am...

Before coming to Green Mountain I was a broken woman with a marriage in turmoil. Physically and mentally I had fallen apart. I needed a break and a way to care for myself. Green Mountain and the Pathway program were exactly what I needed. Though my weight and emotional eating were issues, in reality they were symptoms of emotional and...
