My wife and I spent a week in February at the North Star resort in Killington through a timeshare exchange. It was our second time staying at this resort. Our one bedroom unit was attractively laid out and reasonably modern. There's a full kitchen less a stove, a large kitchen island with built in electric burners, a moderately sized living...

Location of the hotel is very convenient to Killington mountain and there is a lot of good restaurants around it (The Garlic and Birch Ridge Inn restaurants for dinner; Back Country Cafe for breakfast). The unit was plain but clean except for some dirt under the pull out couch. The room was not sound proof at all. Heard every conversation...

Would not recommend. Mattress should be thrown out. No chair or table in room. Very noisy hallway action into the wee hours. Doubles not queens so not good for 2 in one bed. I have stayed in upgraded rooms here so if you must stay here insist on one of those.

My husband and I stayed here late November. Our plan was to do lots of hiking, however it snowed during the week we stayed here so we spend a lot more time at the lodge then expected (but it was okay because we had lots of local beer and chocolate). At first glance, the lodge is located at a nice...

Booked at 2pm on Christmas on Booking.com and paid $150 for a small suite for the family. Had the things we needed. Pool (very warm and outdoors lots of fun), kitchen in room and shuttle to Killington. SEEMED GOOD BUT NOT SO MUCH Nice area with fireplace to seat but was filled with another family, game room but nothing fun...

I would not recommend this hotel. It is completely overpriced for what it offers or I should say doesn't offer. No coffee pot in room. Coffee is only available during 0500-1100. No microwave or fridge in the room. Though a fridge can be requested to be put in your room. There is a microwave available to use but it's located...

Was between North Star Lodge and a few others within the same price range near Killington. Glad we went with North Star! Definitely looks a bit run down when you first pull up, but it was very clean. Front desk staff were super nice. GREAT outdoor heated pool. There were like 10 other people in it at one point and...

Don't have high expectations for food in the lounge or night life at this venue. The menu was very limited and expensive. The bartender was the cook and waiter, so food was slow and came to the table piecemeal. If you want more then one drink order it the first time it will take a long time to get the...

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Updated lobby, other areas a little dated. Good location on access road...nothing special but a perfect to place to sleep when on ski trip. Outdoor pool is heated in winter, almost like a hot tub.

We stayed at the North Star Lodge for a wedding we attended. For the price, it was a reasonable accommodation, especially since we were in walking distance of the wedding and reception. The views were beautiful and we could see the mountains from our room. Overall, the room was really up to date and looked really relaxing and comforting. The...
