The two days we spent this year at the Grafton Inn were heavenly. This inn manages to preserve the comforts and amenities of yesteryear while also including today's necessities. The room furnishings, canopy beds, thick towels, comfortable reading chairs , soft lighting and beautiful wall paintings reflect days gone by ,but wi-fi and AC are everywhere, dietary and physical need...

My family and I were in Grafton for a wedding, which was also held at the Grafton Inn. The room was perfect for the three of us, staff and service were friendly and competent, and the on-site restaurant was very good, especially for breakfast. This is a very out of the way place, and I don't know if I'll ever...

We recently held a major board and staff retreat at the Grafton Inn, and we and our outside facilitator found the accommodations and amenities to be perfect for our needs. We highly recommend the Inn and its staff to businesses or organizations looking for meeting or retreat space in a welcoming rural setting.

The Grafton Inn was everything we hoped it would be. The building and setting in the village is stunning, in the main part of the village all the over head cables have been removed so the streets are neat and uncluttered. The wonderful and enthusiastic welcome we received on arrival continued throughout our stay. The staff were so delightful, nothing...

We were delighted with the Grafton Inn and warmly welcomed at the front desk. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable and we were looking forward to the promised 'dining experience.' And what an experience it was. In spite of having made a reservation, once we were shown to our table and given some tap water we were abandoned. The...

We'd like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest apologies for the extremely poor dining experiences that you and those in your party were subjected to. There clearly is no excuse for the rudeness and lack of proper attention that you received. We hope that you will accept our apologies for all of the frustration that we caused. Please...

The Inn itself was beautiful, set in a very small village. Food was amazing and accommodations were lovely. Staff very friendly, the only complaint would be to tell guests that if their is a wedding being held that evening that a reservations is necessary and not just requested. When we went to get dinner we did have to wait for...

A one night stop on our way to a wedding in New Hampshire couldn't have been more wonderful. We were warmly greeted with iced tea and cookies in the beautiful lobby. The town was fun to explore on foot, with a stop in the "general store" where we met some interesting town people. We loved our room. It had everything...

A beautiful historic property in the hills of southern Vermont. The perfect place to just relax, unwind, and enjoy the view! A lovely breakfast is included with your room rate, and a pub is on the property and open for dinner starting Wednesday-Sunday. Be sure to check out the wine and cheese shop and Mack's, a great place for lunch!

This is a lovely old inn. It is in a beautiful and charming small town, lush and green, in the middle of spectacular countryside. The inn seems well cared for although my room was not the greatest -- very small, the chairs had no springs left so you really couldn't sit in them. I did visit friends who were in...
