The Inn is very historic with period furniture and comfortable rooms. The food was incredible and the staff very friendly. The best part is the location. The Inn is in the center of a very peacful, quiet village. There is a market that sells organic food and chesse from the local cheese factory. There is an outdoor center that has... More

We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. It is quaint, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good, but they served our appetizer and entre at the same time. We had the entre returned, but it was then served cold. Breakfast was great.. The rooms are clean, quiet , and well furnished.

Charming place- breakfast was wonderful and we had to travel with our 2 dogs- the inn is situated so that we had a room wth a separate entrance and could walk into beautiful fields edged by a creek! t was amazing- everyone was helpful and it was comfortable although our stay was too short

We stayed in the suite so we could have the king bed and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. They have cookies, coffee and tea in the main area. They let us use their laundry facilities across the street. It was a very comfortable stay with a lovely breakfast in the am (the full deal!) I hated... More

We have been going to the Grafton Inn for years - and years. We have applauded the changes which brought the Inn from a stodgy, rocking chair kind of place to a vibrant hotel, complete with a more casual diningroom and upstairs bar. But, just sometimes, the owners seem to forget that they are now appealing to a more active... More

This early 19th century has everything a New England country inn should have. Appealing architecture and period décor combine to create great ambience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The small village was fun to explore. The bedroom-sitting room suite was large and comfortable. The food was prepared with local produce and the craft beers were Vermont brewed. Charming... More

I took my mother to the Grafton Inn for her 80th birthday. The Inn is absolutely charming, impeccably decorated and maintained, located in a quaint little Vermont town. The staff was uniformly lovely to us, which impressed me since my mother is in a walker and moves very slowly and requires some accommodation. The staff behaved as if it was... More

We took a drive to Vermont and stayed at the Grafton Inn. A historic inn complete with restaurant and bar, it was just perfect! We were put in a suite which was comfortable. We loved the historic barn which housed the bar and restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast... More

It was some 30 years since our last visit to the Grafton Inn and there have been two notable changes. The Inn has been remodeled essentially making two small rooms into one nice homely large room and that is very nice. The dining experience has dramatically deteriorated thou and since we are foodies I do not expect to return to... More

Attended a family wedding onsite and it exceeded my expectations. Grafton, Vermont was off the beaten path but with the Inn's detailed driving directions made it worthwhile. You can be on the road to Grafton in no time. My room surrounded me in comfort, foods were fresh and yummy using local cuisine. This, coupled with attentive service truly made it... More
