There is something truly magical about this lake and the resort does a wonderful job of making the entire experience here so memorable. The staff and service are attentive to any needs/requests, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the menu is not extensive but everything I had was delicious, and everyone was very friendly. I spent a long weekend over President's day here, and as a figure skater, this place is a dream. The resort appears old but is well-maintained and clean. Overall a great stay, will definitely return.

We planned a last minute trip to the resort and will book a week in the Summer! The room was clean and the view of the Lake was perfect! We were a little bit disappointed in the size of the TV and no microwave in the room, but nevertheless was fine! The resort staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating to your requests! Our son is an experiencing chef and talked with Elias, the resort chef for quite a while! He went out if his way and took the time to talk to him about different cooking ideas! The wait staff, front desk & rental staff all were wonderful to the resort customers as well as the public using the Lake for skating! We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay and are looking forward to this Summer!

Wow, there is so much to say about this place. Although I am biased since I have been vacationing here every summer since I was a child, I consider Lake Morey to be my second home. Over the years, I have made close relations with the employees and other guests who attend at the same time. We annually come during the Fourth of July where the hotel hosts fun celebrations all week long. We also stay an extra week (how could we resist) to enjoy peace and quiet after all the festivities. My family's favorite traditions include hiking to Eagles Bluff, spending time on the lake tubing and wake surfing (and fishing), and getting to enjoy time with family and reconnecting with friends. The staff at this hotel will not hesitate to help you with anything you ask for, share a conversation about the local area, and will always be happy to see you. Mark and Lisa are some of the most hard-working and caring people you could meet. They try their best to make you feel like you are in your own home. The boat drivers, especially Ezra, are always ready to jump in the lake to help you out with the paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks available for use. Your stay at Lake Morey Resort will not disappoint. I have made lifelong memories and friends that I will cherish forever and I look forward to making many more. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK!!

Wapanachee Cottage exceeded our expectations. The house is well appointed for families with a large playroom with cable tv, assorted board games, and jigsaw puzzles. located in the walk-out basement. This came in handy on a rainy day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and condiments in the cupboard. The private dock was perfect to sit and watch the children who could wade in the shallow water or walk out further to swim and play. The living areas were comfortable and gave our two families ample space. We signed out Paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes from the main hotel, which we accessed by simply walking over through the shallow and warm lake. Ezra, the captain of the boat for tubing made the kids' first experience thrilling. Due to COVID-19, we chose not to go to any of the onsite restaurants. The grounds were nicely landscaped and there was a bald eagle and blue heron that we watched daily. The limitations of visitors created an unusually peaceful environment and we look forward to going back when the resort is in full swing! We couldn't have had a better time! If there was one minor complaint, it would be that the beds are soft...very soft. But, after a day on the lake, sleeping is not a problem. We look forward to going back!

We loved our getaway weekend! Hotel is a bit dated but charming. Rooms were clean, extra amenities like Kayaks and paddle boards are great. Lake is beautiful! We also had a great dinner at the dining room. We will be back!
