I'm picky and I would totally stay here again. It's charming. From the moment we stepped into the office/lobby, I felt cozy, completely at home and relaxed. There is just a spirit of homeyness to the place. The Polish couple who run it are very accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is nice, and the furnishings are pleasing. I...

Spent one night here at the end of a week long Vermont visit. You won't find a cleaner , better kept room in this price range. Neat, clean, and better furnished than any roadside motel I've seen. Breakfast was included and cooked to your request. A sweet caring Polish lady was a delight to talk with and you could see...

This hotel is oddly furnished, but exceptionally clean. My big problems were the noise from the road below and the stinky and loud air conditioner which forced me to sleep with the windows open. Suffice to say, I never put the air conditioner unit on, because it smelled and was exceptionally noisy. And even though it's non-smoking, it's OK for...

2nd time staying here. The place is spotless. I think their rates might take advantage of events going on at a nearby landmark because it was just a little bit pricey. The woman (owner?) is pleasant enough but the man (dude) has a bad attitude and a little cocky. Probably won't stay here again next year when I go because...

The cottage colors are a little bright and unusual but cozy and comfy.the free hot breakfast is good and the owners are really nice. Views of the mountain are really nice. Highly recommended. Especially a cottage if traveling with a toddler like we did

Owned by a wonderful Eastern European couple who maintain the property very well. They offer delicious home-cooked breakfast in the morning with some original variety for the daily specials written on the chalkboard menu. Very quaint and inviting with very friendly staff!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Rooms were very clean but had a musty odor throughout. Never stayed in a room that had no dresser as we had to basically live out of the suitcase. Breakfast included was very good. Bathroom kind of small but overall nice in a pinch.

We headed to Vermont to see the Fall scenery and visit shops in Manchester. My wife was not into camping but my daughter wanted to so we ended up renting a cottage at Marbledge Lodge. We were pleasantly surprised that we had two small but separate rooms, one bathroom in Cottage #7. The interior decoration is pretty amusing...ex. the painting...

October of 2013 we arrived after dark, rang the buzzer, and the lady came down. There was a mix up with our reservation. We booked a cottage and needed to be able to get a wheelchair into it. (No steps.) Since this place is on the side of a mountain we didn't have much flexibility. But the lady went WAY...

My family (2 adults/2 teenagers) stayed in one of the cottages set on the hill next to the main lodge in August. We had a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Plenty of space, a kitchenette, bathroom, all nicely maintained. Breakfast was included and provided 2 options - one with eggs and another with pancakes, French toast, crepes, etc......
