The property is a family owned property that at one point was a branded Super 8. The furnishings are old and tired the laminate wood floors are in need of a serious cleaning, and the area rugs on the laminate floors desperately need to be shampooed as they are track marked and disgustingly dirty. The carpeting in the hallways needs...

Thank you for your review. We are progressively going through our rooms and updating them. We have repainted most and continue to do so, as well as replacing Tvs, and have also updated furnishings in some rooms along with all new beds. Our carpets are shampooed regularly, and vacuumed daily. Our laminate wood flooring which is in some rooms is...

There are not to many places to stay in the area. It looks like this property at one point was a SUPER 8. It is now a family run spot. Carpets in hallways are in rough shape. Bathroom needs overhaul. The furniture in room is old. The bed was clean. Floors are laminated wood, could use a good cleaning. Overall...

Todd at front desk was excellent with people. Had suggestions for dinner - professional and accomodating. Room was not great, area rug has severe staining, bed was SO NOISY, like it's wrapped in vinyl, when one of us got up, it would wake the other. Bathroom fan is turbo noisy. Lots of noise from 11 pm until midnight, but laughing...

Thank you for your review. We apologize you found our breakfast area to be crowded. We were a full motel during peak foliage, Columbus day weekend, and Canadian thanksgiving. Our breakfast is open from 6-9am. Usually in the early hours, the breakfast area is less crowded. Our free continental breakfast does include hard boiled eggs, assorted yogurt, fresh fruit, white...

Nice for the price. Convenient to Derby Line, Derby and Newport. Very clean. Very quiet. We were in Derby for family wedding. Motel is right off of Rte. 91. We needed a regular and a handicapped room. We were able to get them adjoining each other. Would stay again if in the area.

Bathroom and bed were clean, motel was quiet, but room had shortcomings: no bedside stand on one side of bed, laminate flooring need a proper washing, bed creaked loudly, no refrigerator. It was too high priced for what it and did not offer.

Basic motel located between a Rite Aid and Mobil station, so was not expecting a lot of charm and when walking in past breakfast station I figured it would be the usual "Comfort Inn" fare of dial-your-fruitloops. They took it up a notch with local coffee, a decent brand of oatmeal...little things. Clean room, nice hot shower. The only details...

We went to this motel by practicality. We are from Quebec and were crossing the border. We couldn't find cheapish motels on the Québec side by the road, so we picked the Derby Four Seasons because of its proximity to the border and good reviews. Service was excellent when we arrived and left; both being very efficient. Included continental breakfast...

This was a very nice room with hardwood floors and a rug. They had very Hot water in the bath. Unfortunately our room was next to the ice machine in the hall so there was a lot of noise early in the morning from both people getting ice from it and loud talking guests at 5:30 A.M. It's sad that...

I was interviewed here for a show that will air on Discovery. They were kind enough to pay for the room, so I can't tell you what a night's stay costs. As I said in the title of this review, I can't tell you what what a night's stay is like either. Unfortunately, very unfortunately, I couldn't stay overnight. I...

Stopped in Newport at the Four Seasons, welcomed like family, friendly check in and a perfect room. A peaceful spot, convenience store and gas next door. Clean comfortable bed (thanks), and had a great healthy continental breakfast.
