AMAZING guest house, full of love and warmth! We enjoyed the nicely decorated and pristine guest room and colorful flower gardens. Just minutes to the waterfront, downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. K, Aroha (Beijing, China), Kathy (NY)

This is a nice little apartment style guest house located near UVM. It had an open floor plan. Great for couple to stay. Nice partial kitchen for breakfast with cereal coffee and juice provided. Off street parking for one car.
