Decided to go Leaf Peeping this year in Vermont. We booked the Quality Inn for a quick overnighter. Although the lobby is fairly nice, the other parts are old and run down. The carpets are worn in a lot of spots in the hallways and in the rooms. There is no elevators. Vending machines empty, was afraid to get ice... More

While the property and rooms in general were clean, it was very well-worn. The current owners are in the process of repainting and renovating. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a ground floor. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. It... More

I don't understand the reviews that say this place is clean or classy. Our room was accessible by a back door that remained unlocked 24 hours. Not exactly safe. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and the stairway and hall look like they had never been vacuumed. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Everything about this place... More

Thank you, Ashish, the manager, and his staff for attending so well to the 100 people in our group. We, personally, arrived on Friday and stayed through Monday. Throughout our stay the staff was always friendly and professional. Our banquet on Saturday night had a carving station, as well as, fish, pasta, and turkey options. Having sampled a little of... Classy operation. Well done. We arrived on Friday the 16th of September. Rooms were clean. Any minor request was attended to. Since we had rented the vast majority of the rooms, we were amongst friends. The staff was accommodating and our requests were met, quickly and efficiently. Event was 2016 Moto Giro USA.

We received excellent service from the first moment we entered the hotel. Ashish, the manager, was outstanding! We were with the Moto Giro Rally group and he did everything he could to make the Rally a success. The banquet food was the best that we have ever had at a rally. This is an older hotel undergoing renovations, but that... More

Cannot thank Ashish and his staff, enough. They bent over backwards to give us a fantastic weekend. We were a large group of over 80 folks and they accommodated us well. Wonderful banquet with a carving station. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms with great shower pressure. The large Hi Def television was nice for old eyes... More

The hallways are a bit shabby but the room was clean, the bed comfy. Lots of parking and no problem with parking a trailer. The new management says they are working to upgrade. Our group had a banquet and they brought in a chef from somewhere else to accomodate us, with great food.
