Moderately priced bed/breakfast on northside of Bellows Falls with excellent view of the river. Our room was very clean and comfortable with tv and updated bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful and included very good breakfast. Ample parking and very quiet atmosphere. The only questionable item is that there is no outside lock on the bedroom door so that...

My stay was wonderful! The inn was beautiful and had all the comforts of home that made our stay welcoming and relaxing. Our room was spacious and VERY clean! We had a deck that went outside, (too cold to use in march but great amenity in any other season) a cozy wood-stove, and great two person soaking tub (perfect for...

My sister and I stayed in the Orchard Suite for a weekend away. The inn-keeper, Tess, was so welcoming and she made us feel right at home! We had dinner plans the first night but felt so cozy we ended up ordering take-out and hunkering in by the fire. The bedding was fluffy and cozy, even the pull-out had a...

Jen, We enjoyed welcoming you and your sister to the inn. The Orchard Suite is my favorite room. Guests love to relax by the fire, and enjoy the peace and privacy of the suite. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and hope you come back to stay with us soon. Warm Regards, Kathleen

I spent the weekend with friends at this bed and breakfast for a scrapbooking getaway. We basically spent the whole day and night inside at the this bed and breakfast. The space was clean (and I am picky!) and beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only word that I can use for the meals (we ate 5 meals there throughout the...

My husband and I wanted a one-night getaway for my birthday. We had seen a very positive write-up for the Harvest Barn Inn in the Boston Globe and thought it sounded perfect for our purpose. When we walked in, Tess, the innkeeper greeted us warmly and showed us around. The downstairs had a large common area, and our room ,...

We stayed here a few years ago when the inn was managed by another person. This time the inn wasn't as welcoming as before. The door was locked, no lights were on, no dips or crackers out on our arrival. We were the only ones there, as it was a Thursday night; but the service should be consistent whether there...

Lovely B & B! The breakfast was wonderful in this older quaint New England home, the staff were super friendly, and the location was great right on the river. It was a great value (and we were upgraded!).

Heartwarming stay and beautiful nature. I stayed in the Orchard Suite room with my wife and we had such a delightful weekend. Innkeepers were most congenial and breakfast was fabulous! Highly recommend this B&B and we will be happy to come again.

Hubby and I just returned from a trip to Vermont where we stayed with innkeepers Deb and Ed at their lovely bed and breakfast for two nights. Cant say enough about how well we were treated- these are two of the friendliest people we've ever met. From the moment we arrived they made us feel right at home. Check out...

Quiet, clean, beautiful! Cozy friendly hosts, and excellent homemade food. Be sure to grab a fresh baked cookie to enjoy as you relax on the front deck overlooking the river! Very easy to find from the interstate and is very close to siteseeing and delicious resturants.
