This property is easy to find and is on a quiet street. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although the building doesn't have much sound insulation. That was not a problem for us, since we went to sleep after the people who were upstairs. It sounded like there must be a jacuzzi up there. That...

The inn is not difficult to find and had ample offstreet parking. The Countryliving room was fine and the beds comfortable and overall clean. Construction of the house makes it loud, if anyone is in the room above you.(see previous reviews) That's not the reason for the average rating, however. When I made the reservation, I asked if being gluten...

I was concerned this B&B would be far from Bryce but when I arrived I found it was only a 10 minute drive away from the big hotels at park entrance. The remote quiet location had no light pollution giving perfect daylight views of the Bryce Mountains and night views of the stars. The room was a nice size (any...

We stayed here in early May, along with another couple in a different room. We all agreed that this was a very peaceful and relaxing stay in an excellent setting. We especially enjoyed convening on the front porch in the rockers and recounting our collective experiences of the day. Each morning at 0800 brought an opportunity for delicious food, a...

We stayed two nights while visiting Bryce Canyon. This B&B is quite comfortable. The rooms are pretty and clean. My friend and I felt at home here! There is an outside entrance to each room. The drive to and from the park was easy and efficient. Breakfasts were lovely. Jean and her son Joey are perfect hosts!! They offered great...

100% recommend! Tropic is a small little UT town (think one of the owners said there is 1 stop light in entire county) that looks a little rough as you drive through initially but then once you're in the town, it's a nice mix of some tourists in B&Bs but then just a small town feel with a high school,...

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful area. We arrived very late, but a note and key awaited our arrival. The room was comfortable with an amazing view of the sunset from our balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, generous and friendly. The owners and guest all mingled and...

Although our room was nice, the B&B was not what I expected. There was a fantastic view from our small private deck. The location was convenient and very quiet. The room was accessed from an exterior corridor not from within the home, thus loosing the true B&B feel. In addition, there was no common sitting area outside of your room...

We spent a great few days during which we were taken by Joey, the manager of the B&B on a really fun ATV adventure. The B&B itself is very comfortable and clean, but by far the best part is devouring the sourdough waffles that Joey makes from scratch every morning. Stay here for these alone!

We stayed one night here after a day in Bryce Canyon park. A warm greeting, a sunny porch overlooking the countryside below the rim, a comfortable bed in a perfectly quite room, and a very good breakfast. What more could we ask for? The owner was helpful with information. At least three restaurants are within walking distance or a short...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast is Located in the heart of Bryce Canyon. Tropic Utah, to be exact. We are NOT located on the main Highway (Bywy 12) instead, we are west of the main Highway 4 Blocks with a spectacular view of Bryce right from every room and balcony including the beautiful front porch. Waking up every morning to watch the sun light up the pink hills and kiss the beautiful gardens on the property is both breathtaking and refreshing. We are in a quiet part of town with very minimal traffic and light pollution so stargazing from the front lawn is easy and enjoyable. Our Rooms are newly remolded, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very rewarding. With our signature homemade sour dough waffles and berry syrup every morning to go along with the main dish and fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and orange juice are always served and refreshing. With a warm home feel to this quante little place you will be sure to enjoy your stay. ... more   less
