I am an annual regular at the IB..but we skipped last year. Now I am back in an efficiency at the IB and the typically intolerable pull of sofa beds have been replaced with an insanely comfortable new sofa bed. I dont know if they did them all, but I am in room 726 and its great. Thanks IB!

Very spacious rooms, close to both lifts and gondola. Italian Restaurant in hotel very good. NY style pizza and excellent pasta dishes. Good deals in restaurant as well. All you can eat pasta etc...... Close to downtown Salt Lake as well.

The Iron Blosam is an amazing timeshare which has availability for 'hotel' rentals through Snowbird's own website and some third parties online. We stayed in room 612, just off the elevator and facing the mountain. Make sure you get a room with a Kitchen (not a bedroom unit). Nothing beats being able to cook your own meal! The room was...

The Iron Blosam lodge puts you in view of the slopes of Snowbird. It's just a few minutes walk to the Snowbird Center, the tram and chair lifts. All of the lodges at Snowbird are a bit strange because they are big cement creations. All of the walls are un-painted cement so it has a strange industrial-modern look. At least...

We own a vacation home in Vail, CO but we will return to Snowbird for the skiing. If you are looking for hard core skiing, insanely deep powder and challenging slopes, then Snowbird is your place to go. Ski your brains out, go to bed, then get up and do it all over again. I highly recommend this hotel if...

We stayed during April with our two kids. Got one of the two story rooms overlooking the mountain. Beautiful views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a little dated, but not unsatisfactory. Bathrooms were normal size and there were two. The kitchen and appliances were fine. We cooked for ourselves most days and didn't really feel...

We stayed in one of their studios that slept 8. Yep, 8 people. It was a 2 story room with a loft/balcony overlooking the living area that also enjoyed the same great view of the mountainside. Stunning view-- it was my favorite thing and I couldn't get enough of it. There were 2 queen beds in the loft and a...

Iron Blosam Lodge is the Best Lodge in Snowbird. We have stayed here over 20 times. It has the best pool and spa and that is important after a hard day of skiing. It's not as pretentious as the cliff lodge and is a great place for kids. It's more family oriented and helps keep everyone focused on skiing.

The previous reviews show some issues, but it is not that bad, I have gone here for 40 yrs and always enjoy being so close to the mountain and having the experience of very few people on the hills except Saturdays. There is a variety of resturants as well. Now the bedroom only units have microwaves. Also the super senior...

the rooms with mountian views are very noisy. The recycling trucks come at 3:30 every morning and load all of the glass, cans etc for 45 minutes and then the garbage trucks come right after the recycling trucks have left. The rooms are spartan concrete walled rooms with no sound barrier between neighbors. You hear all of the toilets around...
