This was formerly the women's dorm for Dixie State College. Each room has a small separate bathroom with a bathtub (with shower) and a toilet. The sink and mirror are in the bedroom. The rooms are very clean and bright with nice beds and bed linens. No TV in the room, which keeps things quiet. When going on your Road...

Clean, well kept and a good breakfast. What more do you need. You won't be spending much time in your room if you are on a Road Scholar trip so there is no television in the room. I never missed it. The price for extra days is great.

If you are staying here, you are taking a trip through the road scholar program / tour and probably are hiking though one of parks in SW Utah or NW Arizona or going to part of the Grand Canon. ENJOY! The Road Scholar programs are great. Our family jut took the intergeneration Zion, Snow Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and River Raft...

Stayed here during a Road Scholar trip - rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure all your needs are met! No elevator (pack light). Easy to walk to historic sites, restaurants. Lounge with television, all day coffee, warm pool and hot tub! Would definitely do again, in fact we are staying/have...

We stayed here as part of a Road Scholar program. I have to admit to a little apprehension at first, but once we arrived we were quite pleased. Our traveling (5 month of the year) takes us to a lot of hotels. As far as the College Inn is concerned, the only negative was lack of an in-room refrigerator. On...

Basic accommodations. Clean and friendly. Serves purposes for these trips at a very reasonable price. Easy to walk to center of city to visit lots of Mormon history. Also near Iceburgs for excellent ice cream.

Stayed here during a Road Scholar program. Rooms are available if not filled by Road Scholar participants. This converted dorm offers very clean, large rooms with great storage and beds, private baths and very basic decor. Comfortable lounge with TV and WiFi, outdoor patio with pool and hot tub and a terrific breakfast buffet as well as free laundry facilities...

Probably the only way you can stay here is on an Elderhostel program that is offered through Dixie State. If that's the case you can then add pre-and post trip overnights for as little as $35. But this was a former girl's dormitory and though renovated to a conventional motel-type, it still feels pretty schoolish. There's a nice continental breakfast...

Just completed a Road Scholar (formerly Elderhostel) trip through Utah's Grand Circle Monuments and National Parks bookended by stays at the College Inn. Terrific hearty breakfasts, wonderful natural light in foyer sitting area, TV only in foyer not in rooms, clean hot tub and swimming pool, good meeting rooms. Would stay there again since so wonderfully central to St George,...

This "hotel" actually is part of Dixie College's Elderhostel (Road Scholar) program and their courses either start and end here or the whole course is at the hotel. When we pulled up outside we were not too sure what we were in for. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms, while sparse, had brand new beds, plently of storage...
