We were forced to stay at this hotel as part of the Seagull Vacation stop. This is the worst hotel room I have been in. The carpets, walls everywhere is covered with multiple stains. Even the phone had brown water damage spots. We even needed our tour guide to help bust through the door as it was difficult to open... More

I stayed in room 134 while on tour. Upon entering room, dirt hanging from ceiling. must hold handle down for toilet to work. bugs in bathroom. floor was dirty. I developed diarrhea hours after being there. Unable to adjust volume of television. On the night stand there was a television guide with a puddle of white creamy substance. Run away... More

Waited at least five minutes in reception before anyone came to office to check us in. Two beds in room - both looked like they were made up but one bed had only one sheet and no pillow slip on one of the pillows. One pillow on other bed had hair on it. Wall in bathroom had stains. Paintwork around... More

I dont know if it was because I stayed here with a tour group but the room was absolutely the bare minimum for a motel. The sheets and covers were dirty, dusty, and had mysterious stains on the white sheets. Towels were provided but use at your own discretion. There were no hair dryer provided and a empty pool existed... More

This is so far the worst inn I've ever stayed in. I don't know if it's just our room, or everybody else is suffering the same wrath of satan.. I know this is a cheap inn, and I should know what I'm getting myself into, but this is far beyond my expectation. So here are my complaints: 1. The room... More

May not look like much, but suited my need. Room was clean and didn't smell and bathroom was fine. Very accommodating for the ATV crowd. Yes, it does have a non-operational pool. Only downside I could find is the towels are not very soft and pillows are flat (but that's true with any other hotel).

To be fair, I am reviewing this inn with others in its class. We stopped by late on our way to Arches National Park and the owner was there to greet us. Even if it was late there was hot water and coffee for us when we arrived. The room we had was spacious and joined another room. The bed... More

We. stTed here whilst on tour. The bathroom was dirty, used soap. I would keep driving past! Hotel is old, dated and in need of a good clean. Eateries around - well a supermarket across the road, supposedly hot food until 10 pm...

The word on this '60s era motel in downtown Richfield is that you get what you pay for. We were returning to Las Vegas from a visit to Dinosaur National Monument and did not plan ahead on where we'd stayed. By the time we settled on Richfield, the picking were fairly limited on the July 4 weekend. The Appletree is... More

This hotel was included in our bus tour schedule so obviously they provide just the basic to stay over night. It was clean but it is very basic and provide just the basic. Do not expect much from this place, just enough to get you till next day.
