We stayed here from Jan. 1-Jan. 6, 2017, and were not impressed. The room we had was a simple hotel room, not a condo, so perhaps those rentals would be better. It is indeed near the slopes, but you have to walk across a parking lot to get there and there are no sidewalks so you are literally walking across...

This is a perfect place for a reasonably priced family trip. The location couldn't be much better - right across the street from the Payday base (7 min walk). There are two types of rooms - comfortable hotel style rooms and nicer condo style rentals. We lucked into getting one of the latter and two of the former for our...

For the price that we are paying this hotel is not worth it! Bed linens were dirty with pubic hairs! At night there is no house keeping! I booked a deluxe room and definitely did not got what we booked! For 4 thousand dollars this rooms are not wort it!! Be careful if you want to book a stay in...

The hotel is clean and quiet. It has an underground parking garage. Front desk is not staffed 24/7 during the period of our stay, but when we called the after-hour number when checking-in at 5 AM, we immediately got help. Amenities are functional. The only thing we wish the hotel would improve on is Wi-Fi signal strength.

Thank you for staying at the Shadow Ridge Resort Hotel. We do have shortened Front Desk Hours during the off season, we do have someone on call twenty four hours a day for any problems that might arise. We have made strides to improve our WiFi, so that all can enjoy and stay connected while staying at Shadow Ridge.

Place was good, it was the off season so there wasn't someone at the desk 24hrs a day. I had loud people next to me my last night, they were partying and I could hear everything. Walls aren't very thick. But good for the price.

Thank you for the review! While we do have limited desk hours in the off season Mondays thru Wednesdays, we do however have staff around 24hrs to assist with these issues. Next please just the call the front desk and you will be routed to someone that can assist you with your needs.

This is a good centrally located hotel and condominium complex in Park City. The room was lovely - spacious and clean. Unfortunately, despite quoted prices of ~US$80 per night, I was charged $150 for one night in a hotel style room. At the end of a long day's travelling, few people are interested in arguing about room rates. I consider...

We arrived in Park City on our 9th day on the road. Up until this point, we stayed in all kinds of accommodations (a teepee, three cabins, a fire tower, and a houseboat). Having a modern room with a giant shower with power jets on two walls was heaven! We all slept like babies in the big, plus King-sized beds...

Thank you for your compliments, our units are comfortable and spacious. A home away from home. We are walking distance to the mountain and to downtown Park City.

Great location near Main St. in Park City. Close walk to shuttles and ski lifts. Rooms are owner condos so conditions may not be consistent. The carpet in our first room was deplorable but management was very responsive. They said the carpeting was scheduled to be replaced but willingly moved us to a different room which was beautiful!

Check in is at 4:00. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready. We were just told they would clean it as soon as possible. We didn't get into our room until after 5! I just felt the front desk should have been able to tell us how long the wait would be so we could have left...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)

Stunning views and uncommon affordability make this resort property an ideal destination for couples, friends, families, and of course, larger business groups - home to more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space between four rooms.

Besides Shadow Ridge's exceptional proximity to the ski resort, guests enjoy being close to the galleries, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife of Park City's Historic Main Street -- just a short half-mile walk or an even shorter half-mile ride via our complimentary on-demand shuttle service. And guests will find no easier access to ski and snowboard rentals than the clothing and rental shop that neighbors the front desk in our newly-remodeled lobby. Moreover, the Park City Municipal Golf Course is just steps away and transforms into a cross country skier's dream in winter, winding through rolling low hills and snow-tipped old growth trees.

Choose from a variety of accommodations, including everything from smaller hotel rooms with cozy private balconies to spacious 1- and 2-bedroom condos complete with full kitchens, warm fireplaces, and comfortable dining areas.
